Iare or Institute of aeronautical science college present in Hyderabad. This was established in 2000. This is a private college and NAAC aggregate grade A college. This is also UGC approved college.

So due to research college infrastructure is very good and big. The well maintained laboratories and library are available. Faculties are well educated. And placement also good here. Almost 80% students got placed in every year from CSE branch. And highest package of salary here 11lpa and average package of salary here 3lpa. Both the colleges are good . But if I'm telling about some points like

• Infrastructure
• Teaching methods
• Facilities
• Laboratories
• Placement

Then I always suggest KITS . Because, In frastructure wise, you will prefer the kits environment and it's infrastructure competes with the best of the colleges. KITS have all kinds of labs and you will be given excellent training and support from all possible ways( from lab assistants to professors, everyone supports). An d tuition fee is not high compared to other colleges. KITS will surely ensure that the fee you pay and trust you put upon them is worthy.

In Engineering colleges, direct admission can be based on candidate's JEE MAINS Exam score and 10+2 percentage and there are also exams on State or University level to take direct admission in engineering college ,on that examination scores you can take direct admission in that perticular engineering College.

If you want to get admission from b category then you have to get the complete information of the college you want to know if they are taking such exams.

Candidates belonging to Non-Local category are considered under general category. Last year in phase 2 of TS EAMCET counselling the cut off was 9203 for admission to COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING in INSTITUTE OF AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING. Considering the cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in CSE in the preferred institute. However, Cut off may increase or decrease depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Both institutions are good. I am writing all the necessary information about both of the institutions. You can choose the one which suits you the best.

KAKATIYA UNIVERSITY

This a public university with 4 branches and 11 constituent colleges. The institution is accredited 'A' grade by NACC and NIRF ranking 101. The college offers about 120 programs in UG and PG. Admission is based on entrance exams like TS-ICET, TSLAWCET, TSPGLCET, KUPGCET etc.

The average fee for UG courses are around 4500-40,000 per year and for PG courses it's 3000-1.3 lakhs per year.

The institution has a good placement cell and around 60% students are placed in companies like Genpact, HCL, Infosis, Amazon, Oracle etc. The average placement package is 3-4.7 LPA.

The infrastructure and faculty are good. The college has facilities like library, hostel for both boys and girls, auditorium, sports complex, labs etc.

IARE

IARE is a private autonomous institution. The college is accredited by NACC with 'A' grade and Nirf ranking 170. The college offers 11 Btech, 6 Mtech and MBA programs with 4 specializations. Admission is based on entrance exams like GATE, ECET, ICET, Eamcet etc.

The average fee for Btech is 90,000 for Mtech its 70,000 and its 38,000 for MBA.

The college has good placement records. Around 78% students are recruited by top companies like TCS, LG, Wippro, Infosis, ValueLabs etc with average placement package of 5.29 LPA.

The infrastructure and faculty are very good. They have highly experienced faculty. The college has facilities like library, hostel, gym, auditorium, computer center etc.

The college you have mentioned in questions are located in Hyderabad. Both the colleges are good in their own way. According to NIRF ranking CVR college of engineering is good. Electronics and Communication Engineering in CVR College of Engineering, Hyderabad has higher cutoff through TS EAMCET. From the placement point of view CVR college is better than IARE.

The above colleges both are located in Hyderabad , According to NIRF ranking , Institute of Aeronautical Engineering is good and the placement is good for the this college with the median salary 3.6 to 3.8 lakhs for B.E/B.Tech and MBA.

However you’ve not mentioned any details given above for an assessment if you belong to OC your rank must be Atleast below 25-27 k, BC - 30k to 45k, SC/ST 50k to 90k. If we consider the rankings for the institutes according to NIRF, then Indian Insitute of Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology is not ranked in the list.
On the other hand Jain University is placed at 117th Position.
