It is difficult to get a seat in an NIT or IIIT after scoring 94.14 percentile in JEE mains, however you can apply for state counselings to get a seat in local colleges. This year due to the COVID pandemic the 10+2 level exams were cancelled which is why this year IPE marks were not included in TS EAMCET. There is no news form the officials regarding the IPE weightage added in TS EAMCET 2022. As the situation is coming under control it is possible that the exams for 10+2 level in the year 2022 will be conducted and the marks will be added in TS EAMCET 2022. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.

Other than rank caste also matters to decide what seat you can get in TSEAMCET. And coming to your IPE they are not considered in TSEAMCET 2021. For 19k rank, it is not possible to get Agriculture, veterinary or horticulture. If you belong to OC then you have moderate chances of getting Pharmacy in top colleges. If you belong to reserved or SC/ST then you have good chances of getting top colleges for B. Pharmacy.
