Jyoti B.Ed College offers a B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) programme. The B.Ed course at Jyoti B.Ed College is offered as a two-year full-time course with an admission of 100 students per academic year. Accordingly, admission to the B.Ed course is subject to the eligibility criteria stated in the rules and guidelines of the NCTE and Panjab University Chandigarh and Punjab Government. Selection priority was given to applicants' merit on the basis of qualifying examinations or an entrance test, subject to the policy in force at the time. Jyoti B.Ed College offers a D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) programme. D.El.Ed is a two-year diploma course in which 50 students are enrolled each year. Admission is strictly through merit based on the score of the qualifying examination. Admission also requires an entrance exam or any other selection conducted by the policy outlined by the state government, U.T. Administration, and the university. This will form the final merit list, and the admission shall proceed based on it.
