As you have secured 2756 general ews rank in upsee, then it is impossible for you to get any branch in any of the three top goverment colleges that you have mentioned, i.e, IET LUCKNOW, BIET JHANSI or KNIT SULTANPUR. Because for getting these colleges your ews rank must be under 600, then only your general merit rank will be under 6000.

Because with this 2756 ews rank your overall general merit rank is much more than 10000. And with overall general merit rank or you can say CRL rank there is no chance of getting these three colleges as per seeing last year cutoff trends.

Mmmut have a good ranking and placed higher than knit. Placement wise mmmut is better than knit. Average salary package offer by mmmut is 4.5 lakh per annum while knit offers average salary package of 2. 40 lakh per annum. Highest salary offer by mmmut is 39lpa. Top companies visiting are Microsoft, Siemens, infosys,tech mahindra etc.

So without wasting time I just wanna answer your question yes u may get ece at this rank , not in main councelling but in internal sliding which is totally based on no. Of available seats in that branch . As most of the Student prefer college from jee rather than upsee college ( due to placement scenario) hence you may get your desired branch.

Hello! The closing cutoff rank for Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow for Chemical Engineering Branch for EWS candidates in the year 2019 was 4705. So, you have a high chance of getting into this college with the branch of your choice. But Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology does not offer Chemical Engineering.
