AITH Kanpur is a government college whereas KIET is a private engineering college.

Fees in AITH is less as compared to KIET. Ranking of AITH is AAA+ on careers360. The placements are great in this college. The highest package of Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology is Rs.24 LPA.

Your rank is very very high to take Admission  in colleges like JSS, KIET, AKGEC. There is no course like Car Trade in  B.Tech. In order to get Mechanical Engineering in these Colleges you need to havee rank around 15000. With 68000 rank you can get admission in colleges like ITS, IILM, KCC, GNIOT, etc.
