KGC Kokrajhar UG admissions are offered to BA (Hons.), BSc (Hons.), BA and BSc programmes. Candidates will be selected for admission strictly on a merit basis. Merit will be considered based on the marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying examination. 

KGC Kokrajhar seat reservation policy will be followed where 60% seats are reserved for ST (Plains and Hills) and 40% seats for Open, OBC and SC category candidates. Outstanding sports persons who have represented the country in National or International meets will be admitted directly without considering the cutoff marks.

• Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and register online on the official website of the college.
• Candidates who wish to apply for both Science and Arts must apply separately for both streams.
• Admissions are based on merit.
• The admissions committee will prepare the merit lists separately for each category.
• Candidates will be selected in order of merit, maintaining the college's reservation policy for each Honours subject separately. 
• For ranking a candidate in order of merit, the criterion will be the credit points.
• Selected candidates must appear for the counselling process, get their documents verified and pay the KGC Kokrajhar fees.

The departments are allowed to conduct the qualifying test for selecting candidates for Honours in their subjects. In such a case, there will be no cutoff mark for applying to those subjects.
