The college which you have tagged that is liberal college, imphal hasn't yet updated any official notification regarding admission schedule of this year, the delay has been the results of the pandemic and also class 12 board exam are cancelled for the same, and results have been announced for few boards, and hopefully for the rest of the boards the results can be expected to be out by end of this month, most probably once the results are announced, accordingly admission process may begin, candidates interested to take admission in this college will have to register at the official website of University and Higher Education, Govt of Manipur, at https://www.onlineuhe.in/, the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 40% aggregate, admission is strictly based on the merit of the qualifying examination, to know more details visit the official website of the college at https://www.theliberalcollege.org/admission.html
