B.Tech admissions are made on the basis of performance in a national or state-level entrance test and academic record. The college admits a total of 420 students in the B.Tech courses, with 120 in CSE and ECE, and 60 in ME, CE, and EEE.

The college provides two programmes of M.Tech: M.Tech Computer Science Engineering and M.Tech VLSI Systems.
