Yes, MIT College of Engineering, Pune accept MAHA CET score for admission in B.tech, L.L.B, MBA, B.Pharma etc.It also accept JEE main score for admission in B.tech.The admission is based on merit in the qualifying examination. The application for MHT CET is ongoing.The last date to apply is 29th February, 2020.

here is the minimum qualification criteria:

Minimum Qualification

The minimum academic qualification for admission through an entrance examination is a pass in the final examination of the Intermediate, 10+2 system or its equivalent. Those appearing in the Intermediate final or equivalent examination may also appear in the entrance examination for consideration of provisional admission. All provisional admissions will stand cancelled, if proof of having passed the qualifying examination(Intermediate or equivalent) is not submitted to the institute at the time of counseling.
If an applicant is found ineligible at a later date even after admission to the MIT, his/her admission will be cancelled.
All admissions will be subject to verification of facts from the original certificates/documents of the candidates. The decision of the B.C.E.C.E.B., regarding eligibility of any applicant shall be final.

see mit business school pune has experienced faculty and well build infrastructure, however according to the tuition fees you paid for your mba or pgdm course, placement package is not that high, the highest slary package offers in 7.5 lpa around, and average placement package is 3.5 lpa which is comparatively less for other tier 1 colleges.

In MIT-WPU admission are based on marks of JEE or MH-CET.

So, yes you can take admission in MIT-WPU on the basis of your MH-CET marks.

The cut off for open category and for computer science branch is quit high, your rank should be under 200 and marks should must be more than 176.

And for IT branch your rank must be under 500 and marks should be more than 170.

And you must have  50 percent aggregate in 12th class.

I would like to tell you that PhD in biology is available at MIT, in that you can choose your research area as biochemistry.
PhDs are usually full funded but if theres any tuition fee present then your PI can only tell you about that.

Admission in MIT is through TNEA counselling for undergraduate courses and for PG courses it is based on merit in GATE/TANCET.The admission in UG course is based on merit in 10+2.And there is no limit for number of attempts as there isn't any entrance exam for admission in UG.There is no separate exam for this college for admission in UG course.But for admission in PG course you can either appear for GATE or TANCET and the exam paper will be in English and there is no limit for number of attempts.

Admission Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai is based on merit in 10+2.You need to apply for this college through TNEA counselling.Usually the cut off will be above 195.So if you have scored 195+ marks then you can apply.TNEA will release application form after the declaration of 10+2 results.You can visit the official website of MIT and fill the application form.The official dates are not yet announced for counselling by TNEA.It may start in the month of July 2020 (tentatively). Application will be released in May 2020(tentatively)
