Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that both the colleges bhagalpur college of engineering as well as the muzaffarpur institute of technology are among the top colleges of bihar state. However bce is given a preference over MIT. So now should think of the branch that you want to go. Because the branch will only decide your fate in the future now. 

Hello aspirant ! Let me to inform you that according to the previous years cut off rank for the above mentioned colleges you can not get electrical engineering in both bhagalpur and muzaffarpur . You can get electronics and communication engineering branch in these colleges. You can get electrical engineering in nce chandi but it's not certain .You can check the cut off for different branches of the colleges from our careers360 website.

This year the cut off rank in UGEAC for PCM group is 9281. For MIT Muzaffarpur the previous year cut off rank was 5753. For IT it may vary a little. Considering this you have a decent rank to take admission in your desired College. As the EWS category introduced from this year it is little difficult to predict the cut off rank. 

Hello aspirant , congratulations for getting 686 rank. Yes you have probability of getting MIT Muzaffarpur and BCE Bhagalpur . It also depends that which stream you would like to pursue , if you are okay with opting core branches , then surely you would get into one of them ( MIT or BCE ) . If you want CS ,ECE etc then also you have chances of being there. Apply for counseling and keep track of it.

You can easily get bhagaBhag but mit is a bit not possible even if you get that at this rank which is fone is like really okay but you need to deal with the choice of branch as its a matter of fact that they would not allot any good branches to you at this. Hope you understand

Both College are good from study and placement point of view.If you want enjoy little bit College life then you should go with MIT MUZZAFARNAGAR as it lies in city.You can easily hangout and it will be enjoyable.But BCE BHAGALPUR ,it is far away from Bhagalpur around 6-7 km..
