    College Infrastructure

Yes, it has all the basic facilities that you want from a college except the WiFi. Although, as a student, we usually don't need WiFi. Other facilities are also very good. It is acceptable considering a Tier 3.

    Academics

Most of the Professor here are highly qualified. As far as my Discipline is considered, yes, we have a very updated syllabus. We even have to write few research papers before getting our degree which I think will be very good for our placements.

    Placements

The Placements are not the best compared to IITs and IIITs. but if you have an excellent performance here, then you'll get a good placement. Most of the students only get average packages here (10-15 LPA).

    Value for Money

It's really worth every penny. Considering IIT-D which has almost 4x fee than our college.

    Campus Life

The Campus is very happening and you'll love it.

    Others

Yes, it is not the best college that you should aim for. But, if you've scored less in your competitive exams, then it is really good for you.

    I am satisfied.

    College Infrastructure

Campus is clean but the size of campus is smaller than other colleges of engineering. Campus infrastructures lacks in sports. Even badminton court is on rent. student have to give two hundred rupees per hour of game.

    Academics

Academics depend on your professors not college. Many professors are good they provides learning material and suggest different platform to learn. But some professors they act as school teacher which leads to zero understanding

    Placements

This year till now only thirty percentage students are placed in the college. Most student have to go outside college placement. Average placement is very low. Return of investment is poor. Strict professor leads to less skills.

    Value for Money

No it is not value of money now days skill matters only you can learn skill any where but after skill the thing matter is tag of college. No one know this college outside Delhi. Lower branches of other colleges are more better.

    Campus Life

Campus life is all about classes and labs. College set bad time table hence no campus life. Only good thing is canteen of this college there is one main canteen and 3 small canteen and stalls. Below Average.

    College Infrastructure

MAIT has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment for performing and learning various kinds of experiments and technologies required for an engineering student. We have smart boards and our classes are clean and well maintained. We have 1 main canteen and few in-campus shops for eating.

    Academics

I am currently pursuing btech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning because I have keen interest in AIML and I am always ready to learn new technologies related to it.Also because it is an emerging field. The quality of teaching is good. The teachers are really helpful. Our curriculum is up-to-date of industry standards. It makes us ready for diving into the software industry.

    Placements

The placements in my college are average. The companies generally give higher packages to Computer Science students and then all the other branches are given preference.According to sources avaliable 55lpa was offered as highest package this year to CSE student.6 lpa is average salary offered at our college. We have a placement cell that coordinates with companies and supports students.

    Value for Money

The ROI is good if you are a CSE student as the cost of the course is around 1.3 lakhs per year.I personally feel choosing this college is worth for money rather than going to private colleges if you can work hard here.

    Campus Life

Campus life is good here as you have an in-campus volley ball ground, cricket ground and badminton court. The staff, teachers are really supportive and are always ready to help.It is located in Rohini,sec-22,Delhi.A hospital is next to the college so emergencies can be handled well.

The college has all the necessary infrastructure including large classrooms, laboratories, a library, Cricket ground,a basketball court and hostel facilities near the college. The college premises are always clean.

    Academics

The faculty of the college are good and teaching experience is good . The quality of teaching is also good as teachers have industrial experience as well . There is updated curriculum but I also want more practical classes.

    Placements

Placement is also good although i didn’t get one because i want to study further but all my classmates are now working and got placed from college.90-95% is current rate of placement with average 5 lakh package.

    College Infrastructure

MAIT stands out as an epitome of modern infrastructure in the realm of educational institution. we had a central library which is very huge and consist of a huge variety of books . nearly all departments have their own blocks. campus is small but well maintained among all other ipu colleges. we have 4 canteens in total and a stationary shop inside the campus. We have basketball court and a huge ground for cricket , volleyball , etc.

    Academics

I am pursuing my B.Tech in information technology . we have a well planned schedule of every academic activities. all the classes are held and faculty members are much student friendly . we can consult any faculty member through whatsapp or in physical means . quality of education is also according to the current industry demands .

    Placements

placement is decent here . we can expect an average salary of around 5 to 6 lpa on campus. If we talk about off campus placement , then students have secured a package of more than 1 cr in top MNCs. Most of the students here opt for the off campus placement .

    Value for Money

This college is value for money as the fees is also not very high here and we will be getting a government degree from Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University. Return on investment of this college is also good. The college fee for B.Tech is around 1.5 lakh per year.

    Campus Life

Campus life is chill here . we can find many clubs and societies in almost every field .we get a great opportunity of expanding our contacts and friend circle. As the admission is through JEE-MAINS exam , the crowd of this college is also good.

Great infrastructure of the college. Well made in classes, big playground, 3 to 4 cafeterias, auditorium and many more things that really benefit the students. This college really has a big campus and more important library

    Academics

This college performance well in their academic results and well known for their placement records with 100% placement. Faculties are really helpful in terms of assistance and this makes really difference in getting placements

    Placements

This college provides you placement with hundred percent record with the help of placement cell. Companies recruit more student on the basis of the students academy record. Placements totally depends upon the goodwill of the college and performance of student.

    Value for Money

This college really has a value for money status as because it is done over investment as really good. Placements of student is really good having a great packages. This college has more value money than the other college of the same university.

    Good college with excellent ROI

    College Infrastructure

As far as the college infrastructure is concerned, it can be said that the college is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Good labs, interconnected blocks with lifts in most of the blocks, a huge library with book bank facility and a large sitting capacity. The college also hosts a boy's hostel inside the campus with a mess inside it which is praised by most of the hostelers. There are also many food joints and canteens within the campus at different places.

    Academics

The quality of teaching is good but the curriculum was outdated for the previous batches however, there is a new scheme which has been introduced with an updated syllabus from the university starting from 2025 pass out batches. Many of the professors have a Ph.D. degree and are very helpful if you want to go for the field of research. There are also new branches which have been introduced under CSE and ECE streams.

    Placements

Placements are decent as compared to the other colleges of the IP university. Many companies visit campus and the placement record of the college has been improving every year. Major recruiters include ZS associates, Accenture, Wipro, Amazon, Polestar Solutions and many more startups and companies are added each year.

    Value for Money

The one thing that stands out for this college is ROI. The fees is very low as compared to other colleges and institutes for a 4-year course. Also there are many scholarships and awards which are there for the students to pay their fees without any difficulties. Overall the returns on your investment are great here when combined with placements.

    College Infrastructure

My college have all the the structure facilities and equipments classroom has computer and Wi-Fi. All the apps have AC and assistant. There are eight block and almost all the blocks have 5th floors left is available.

    Academics

I am pursuing my BTech in information technology quality of teaching is excellent maybe can updated the syllabus. Syllabus is too old it can be updated I don't think it is worth and in 2023. And Lar experiment also nice to be improved

    Placements

Almost 90% of the students got placed there are many mass recruiter companies like ZS and Accenture which recruits student in a mass number like 50 to 60. Apart from that there are also many companies but to get packages around 9 to 8 lakh comes to the campus with the higher very few students

    Value for Money

Course costly 135000 per year course is bit expensive and it also increase every year so changed

    Campus Life

Campus life is good there are canteens their actual three canteens and their pretty expensive to and campus have playground also and it is a small area but enough to almost every thing

    Good but average

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is good but for an engineering college it is small as compared to another engineering colleges, classes are average . Few departments are good but some departments are ignored in maintenance.

    Academics

MAIT follows Usar syllabus and curriculum which is to be honest outdated although changes are being made . Teachers are helpfull and friendly. Management is bit lineant. Curriculum does not involve all the recent developments.

    Placements

Placements percentage is decreasing every year due to recession period and all those factors. Even highly skilled applicants are not able to bag high paying jobs. Placement may increase in upcoming years but for now lesser companies are visiting the college

    Value for Money

It is definitely value for money as compared to other expensive colleges . Fees is around 1.3 lakh per year which is cheaper, for first year fees is around 1.4 lakhs. For an engineering college it is cheap and it provides a decent platform to bag high paying jobs.

    Campus Life

Campus life is not so wow pr amazing its average. Campus size is not so big. Lesser fests are being held with poor management. Official functions are quite decent . It is located in rohini . Only advantage related to location is it's in Delhi ,area is not an advantage.

    Others

One big advantage of this college is that seventy five percent is not mandatory which is a huge advantage and provides lot of time to prepare for interview and work on your skills . This college is good for technical branches but not for core branches

Yes, Our college have all the necessary infrastructure , facilities and equipment that student love. Our classrooms have smart boards for interactive learning with fully air conditions but no wifi facility in the classes . We also have great labs, a big library and a big playing ground and also have gym. Our hostels are clean , and food is also hygienic and 4 canteen are there and a big auditorium with fully air condition and the crowd of my college is very best.

    Academics

I am studying BTech course from information technology and i am choose this course because the placements of this course is more than civil , electrical and mechanical branch and company also recruit CSE and IT students first with high packages. i recommend you to take admission in CSE department . But CSE and IT are very much similar but give first preference to cse department and then IT and depends on your interest and the teachers of the college is very cool you can talk to him/her any time

    Placements

placements of CSE and IT branches are very much best than civil, ECE, EEE branches. (226) IT were placed out of almost 250 and 290 CSE students were placed and 201 ECE students and 84 EEE and 45 mechanical students were placed in the batch of 2023 and almost 100 to 150 companies were come In which companies like Amazon , Infosis, TCS, Zs, Wipro, HCL , Microsoft... etc were come

    Value for Money

cost of my Btech course is 1,33,200 per year but after 2024 batch the cost of btech is increase around about 1,70 but it is not so high and you can also get scholarships here and you can refund your whole fees and tution fees. and you can also refund your whole book bank fees after 4th year so i think it is value for money.

    Campus Life

college campus is good its best features are : Facilities, green spaces, canteens, teachers interaction, and senior junior interaction, and there are so many activities that you can engage in and there are so many clubs there . and worst is : Distance from home , parking , metro are far from college . staffs and teacher always support you at any time . Its location is rohini sector 22 . and there is also have maharaja agrasen hospital for emergency. It is safe

    Others

no thats all about my college and you should take admission in this college.

Have a question related to MAIT Delhi ?

Sir I got 92 percentile corresponding to which I got 123625 rank in 2025.Can i get IT branch in MAIT ,i belong to obc category and homestate too

With a 92 percentile and a rank of 123625, it's challenging but possible to get a seat in MAIT (Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology) in the OBC category and through your home state quota, particularly if you are willing to consider branches other than the most competitive ones like CSE or IT.

    Get more info here -:

    https://dqxeclau.top/colleges/maharaja-agrasen-institute-of-technology-delhi/cut-off

    Hello Kavya,

If your main interest is in CSE , then go for CSE in MAIT via IPU .

Even though DTU is a better college overall, getting a branch you are not interested in (like Mechanical) may not keep you motivated. In the long run, branch matters more than college , especially in fields like computer science where there are many job opportunities.

But if you are open to learning coding on your own and want the DTU tag, you can still take Mechanical at DTU and try for branch change later (though it's not easy and depends on first-year performance), or you can learn coding side-by-side.

    But to keep it simple:

    • If CSE is your priority , go for MAIT CSE .

    • If college name matters more to you , then you can think about DTU Mechanical .

    Hope this helps !

    Hello Amit,

With a 92 percentile in JEE Mains, you have a solid chance of securing admission to colleges like MAIT (Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology), MSIT (Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology), and BVP (Bharati Vidyapeeth University) for B.Tech, depending on the branch and the category you belong to.

    1. MAIT & MSIT (Delhi):

    • Cutoff : For branches like CSE, IT, and ECE, the cutoff is generally between 90-95 percentile in JEE Mains.

    • Counseling : Both MAIT and MSIT take part in Delhi University counseling, and admission is based on the rank and availability of seats.

    • Reservation : If you're from a reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), you may get an advantage in the cutoffs.

      2. BVP (Pune):

    • BVP CET : While BVP conducts its own entrance exam, students with a good JEE Mains percentile often get a direct entry, especially for courses like CSE, ECE, and Mechanical Engineering.

    • Cutoff : For popular branches, cutoffs range between 90-95 percentile in JEE Mains, but you'll need to clear the BVP CET for final admission.

    • Reservation : The university also provides reservations, which could help you if you're from a reserved category.

Make sure to check each college’s official website or counseling portal for the most accurate and updated information. Also, keep an eye on the cutoffs for the specific branches you’re interested in.

I would recommend you to use JEE Mains College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank or percentile.
