lack of dustbins in most of the classrooms and the canteen area can be improved a lot, the toilets can use a little maintainance and the wash basins don't work most of the time. the water from the water cooler doesn't taste good
high academic load with low return in the overall GPA, assignments all the time but almost the same grades for students who didn't even submit the assignment when compared to all the students who actually did the work
good placements, the placements stats have been increasing every year, although most of the good placements are off campus, the campus placements are still good, also the crowd of the college is really good
yes
the crowd is good
nope
College have decent infrastructure fulfilling all the basic requirements of the students. Improvement is also required in many areas. It has a central library which is for both MSI and MSIT which comprises of all the basic required book for academic needs.
I am pursuing Btech Cse . Faculty are supportive and make sure that best is being done for students. The curriculum of IPU is need to be revised as there are many irrelevant stuff which i don't think will benefit us in placements.
Placements are somewhat decent, which is good if compared from many other colleges.. It has 9lpa average package in year 2022-23. I think the maximum package for this year is something around 1.2Cr which is pretty good in a 3 tier college.
I think ROI of the fees is good as the fees for 4 years is around 6lac and the average package of the college is also around 8-9 lpa.
Campus life is not so good, it has small campus of area around 8 acres. But you have many shops and places to visit nearby as the locality is itself good ..
I think if you have somewhat around 70-80k rank in JEE mains , it is a good option to persue you Btech degree and I think it would be worth rather than taking admission in the private college because of their attractive infrastructure.
The college is satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, though its a small college but its somewhat well maintained and has all the basic amenities . the building is old but has its own aesthetic . The living spaces are duly cleaned and theres not much problem whatsoever
The college has good teachers with great experience in teaching and all teachers have great degrees from tier 1 colleges which makes this college even more special . Though the courses offered are limited to prevailing education system you may feel bound to study certain subjects but because of great teaching u can adapt to.them
The ROI is great and is one of the reputed colleges in terms of ROI . The quality of.placemnts is remarkable with median package of 10lpa and several students have bagged internships in various organiststions like google
Not much college life i would say u need to explore more of it outside and as it present in the prime part of delhi theres no problem in finding it. The college has like minded students if you explore enough
Maharaja surajmal institute of technology left a lasting impression on me with its vibrant and welcoming campus. From the moment I set foot on campus, I could feel the positive energy and sense of community. The well-maintained grounds and modern buildings added to the overall appeal of the college.
The academic programs at MSIT are top-notch. The professors are highly knowledgeable in their respective fields and are genuinely passionate about teaching. They engage students in interactive discussions, encourage critical thinking, and provide valuable insights. The class sizes are reasonable, allowing for meaningful student-faculty interactions. Additionally, the wide range of majors and minors offered caters to diverse interests. The college also provides excellent academics
provides valuable career resources and opportunities for its students. The college has a dedicated career services center that offers guidance in career planning, resume building, and job search strategies. The college also hosts career fairs and networking events, connecting students with potential employers. Moreover, the college has established strong connections with industry partners, leading to internships and job placement opportunities for students
The campus life at MSIT is vibrant and enriching. There is a plethora of extracurricular activities, clubs, and organizations available for students to get involved in. Whether you're interested in joining a sports team, participating in cultural events, or engaging in community service, there is something for everyone. The college actively promotes diversity and inclusiveness, fostering an inclusive environment where students from various backgrounds feel welcomed and supported.
Yes, sports is decent. Well maintained and good cleanliness there. The washrooms are clean as well as the library and floors there. The labs are well maintained but conventionally equipped, as far as the machinery and devices is concerned.
Poor tbh. We lacks some of the basic common subjects that actually should be taught in the college . Instead, they are teaching us manufacturing, chemistry and Constitution to the computer science students.
Decent experience as per the academics so far. Even after the recession timing our college delivered good placements to all students graduating this year. Our overall placement stats is very good to be honest.
Best
Good
No
Msit college has clean and big hostel facility , buildings are quite old and looks like a bit of government hospital there is separate block for each course , the mess food is good a small stationary also available in college
I am in 1 st year and studying btech in it degree , the teachers are phd holders and prepare us for job ready world and develop are mind in right directions , the curriculum is updated according to ggsipu guidelines
The placements are above average a bit the average package is of 15 lpa for it branch and highest can go up to 50 lpa the college is very supportive and tries to makes process pleasant for each student.
Labs, library are okayish with all the resources.the classrooms have poor benches no ac,blackboard, nothing like what we see in movies . compared to other colleges it resembles more of like government school
Currently studying 1 year in this college and until now I have regretted choosing this college. the only good thing out it is it primarily focuses on studies required for engineering.until now I have no internship
The only reason to stick with this college despite everything being worse is it's placement.over years placements of this college is improved. Average package of this college is around 7-8 lakh with highest being 22
My total btech fees is around 5-6 lakh for all four years.it is kinda low as compared to other private colleges.but in comparison to other ipu colleges it has no proper system .the area is small and resembles of a small school
There is no campus in this college it's just a building.there is no proper canteen ,hostel are in bad condition,no sport facilities, limited society out of which half are non existent.it is even worse than a school.
The college all the necessary infrastructure related to studies. That means it contains all the labs and labs are well maintained. But the sports ground is comparably small. The wifi is available only in library. Smart boards are present in main theory classes and the college is very well clean and hygienic.
I think the education quality could be improved as many teachers doesn't look at your problems. Curriculum is updated but many things are missing in my cource which should be included in it. But i am satisfied with my syllabus.
As i don't know the recent records but the college offers a good placement. According to the earlier records i have read, the placement record is quite good and many of the students got placed in a decent company.
This is the best part of this college as it offers to much in less amount. Has ranked best in private and have good placement records it is definitely a good value of money college. As i am paying around 5.5 lakh for the 4 years of my btech.
College is not that much big so one cannot roam here and there in the college. But if you have a good group then ya you can definitely enjoy the time spending with then in the college. Sports facility is not that much good and the college mainly focuses kn the studies.
If someone is looking for a good college in less money and decent placements then he/she should definitely watch for the MSIT.
MSIT has all necessary infrastructure. Canteen, libraries, hostel , wifi zones, all are sorted . Sports is definitely not in college's priorities. Parking space is provided by college for both students and faculty.
Academics is the main priority of MSIT. Faculty is very well educated. IN COLLEGES MOST OF THE TIME YOU STUDY BY YOUR SELF IN EVERY COLLEGE . BUt if you ask something to teachers it will be definitely be resolved.
Placement in MSIT is very good. Every student get placed , but package may vary as per your preparations placement cell is very active .Internships are also offered from college side. JUST BE ACTIVE and grab opportunity.
MSIT is a good college . Placement , internship, societies, campus every thing is sorted . You will find a competitive and corporative environment at the same time. If you are a decent student u can definitely opt MSIT .
Campus life is very good at MSIT . Events are organized very very frequently almost everyday. All the Societies are very active. You can join any one you like in 2st year straight . Just balance your academics, skills and fun .. and you'll be good.
MSIT is one of the best colleges in New Delhi. Connectivity, locality is very good. College staff is coorporative . Students are good. ABSOLUTELY RAGGING FREE CAMPUS. Faculty is very strict about some un-student activities. Else they are chill..
Their is good Infrastructure. I will really appreciate it for the good infrastructure and it has many blocks. You will feel that their is so much of crowd so you don't bored in this college and You will get a good feeling.
The teachers are really helpful and they will help the students. If you have any doubt about anything you can ask the teachers they will help you. If you have personal life issues and if you are doing other things form study then teachers will also help you
The placement are also very good. it has a decent average package and many good companies will come for the recruitment of students. Adobe Like companies come for the students for the placement. so you dont have to worry for the placement
Yes this college is relay value for money. You can opt this college.
Yes Your 4 years will be really very good. You will feel this college has given you some good things.
Overall I would say if you are in delhi then definitely go for this college. You will get almost all the facilities.
yes, it’s a decent choice, especially if you're focused and ready to work on your skills. The college has a good academic environment, and ECE is a versatile branch that can open opportunities in both core and software fields. Placement-wise, MSIT has decent companies visiting, especially for CSE or IT, but even ECE students can get into good tech roles if they build coding skills alongside. If you’re planning for higher studies, government exams, or shifting towards tech roles, then ECE from MSIT can definitely be worth it with the right effort.
With a CRL (Common Rank List) of 1 lakh 15 thousand, getting Computer Science Engineering (CSE) in MAIT or MSIT is unlikely, especially in the initial rounds of counseling for non-Delhi students. However, there might be a chance in the spot round, particularly if you are open to the evening shift or IT branch.
You should participate in all rounds of counseling, including the spot round, and fill in your choices carefully, prioritizing the evening shift or IT if necessary.
