The fee for the BNYS course is a total of Rs. 441,000.

MD Yoga: The admission procedure in this postgraduate course is almost the same as that in the BNYS. Applicants are eligible to join either through SUET or based on their performance in the entrance exam, then a spot test, and then an interview. The fee structure for the course of MD Yoga is Rs. 500,000.

MD Naturopathy: The admissions process in MD Naturopathy is the same as that in MD Yoga, i.e., SUET or merit-based admissions, spot test, and interview. The fee for the program is also Rs. 500,000.

MD Naturopathy Nutrition and Dietetics: This postgraduate program specialization also has the same admission process as other MD programs, with selection on the basis of SUET or merit, followed by a spot test and interview. The overall cost of this program is Rs. 500,000.

MD Naturopathy Acupuncture and Energy Medicine: Admission into this program is through SNET (Subharti National Entrance Test) or direct admission on merit, with a further interview. The fee pattern for this program is not mentioned but is expected to be the same as other MD programs.
