Hello Huziafa,

With a rank of 240000, , it would be slightly possible to get the NIT Srinagar.

If you wait for all the 7 rounds, then you might get a chance.

And for the further details, if you have any query you can even visit our website, where there is a detailed description which would be quite helpful for you

Dear Nida,

Yes It is true that a female candidate with this AIR has got NIT Srinagar.

Since in NITs there are Female quota and Home State quota which helps students to get a seat in NITs.

She has got the seat as there may be not many candidates which were competing for the seat reserved unde Home State quota or Female quota.

It is beneficial for Home State students and Female students.

HOPE IT HELPS.

Hello Nida

On basis of jee mains ranking ; students will get seat in NIT s and other technical colleges included but those who qualified jee mains by taking more than cut off marks are eligible to give jee advanced.

Means rank will be given to all the students.

I think you get my point.

Good luck

Hey Dharnidharan.

See for getting eligible for the JoSAA counselling for getting seats in the good colleges like NITs and IITs for pursuing ur higher studies u should be getting ur marks in the top 20 percentile students in the board u have given ur 12th exam. That means there is no such percentage cut off , there is percentile cut off for the eligibility i.e 20%.

Hope u got ur point. Ask if any query.

Good luck

Hey Aamir.

See for getting seat in the govt colleges other than JoSAA that means u are neglecting all the NITs , IIITs , GFTIs for admission. For getting admission in other colleges u should be giving their entrance exams or if they come under state college then apply for that. U can also apply for COMEDK , SRMJEEE , VITEEE ,etc for pursuing ur higher studies in btech.

Hope u got ur point. Ask if any query.

Good luck

Hi dear,

You have to score more than 75% in board exam.because if you get less than 75% you will not able for counselling.so you will have no chance to get any college.you have to score more than 75% or in top 20 percentile. If any board have cutoff less than 50% than they will not able to take admission in SPA DELHI.

Hope it helps
