After the 7th round special round will begins.

In the josaa site you can see , from 24th july the special round will begins you can register there.

Here is the opening and closing branches for various branches in NIT Patna in 2017 for the home state category for the ST Category. Considering this you do not seem to have any chances for NIT Patna.

There are many reasons for it.

First it might be the case that the cut off rank is above your rank.
Else if cutoff is lower than your rank it might be the case that you might have got some other college because of the preference order you filled and you might have kept NIT Patna at a lower position than the college you got.

Yes you have chances to get NIT surathkal .

If you belongs to karanataka then you will get better branch . But you have chances FileHandler.ashx

Obvious no,

I have compared round one and round two and i found that this year cutoff of NITs (most of the) are higher than previous year . This may because of reservation of girls.

my daughter was allotted seat in iit kargpur in first round of josaa 2018,when will we go to report in iit karagpur for getting admission.

Well, actually right now you don't need to go to the allotted IIT. For the seat confirmation, you would be asked to report at the nearest IIT most probably within the specfied date period. For actual reporting at the allotted college you needn't worry cause that would happen at the end.
