Mathrusri Ramabai Ambedkar Dental College and Hospital, in Bangalore, Karnataka, is one of the renowned colleges, recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and the Indian Nursing Council. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate education in dental sciences through a very rigorous and strict merit-based admission procedure. The admission process for Dental Sciences courses commences sometime in May-June for the academic session commencing in August-September.
Admission to the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) is based solely on the NEET UG exam, generally held in May, with results released in June; admissions for the postgraduate Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) program are done based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for MDS (NEET-MDS), which is held in December or January. The eligibility criteria for BDS admission assume the completion of 10+2-level education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Application Process

Degree wise Admission Process:
BDS: Admission for 5 years of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery are based purely on NEET-UG scores. The department admits 100 students to this programme. Candidates for all categories of seats, e.g. Government Quota, Private Open Quota, and NRI/Management Seats, must register on the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) website.
MDS: Admission to the MDS programs, each of 3 years duration, is based on NEET-MDS. The distributions are given as follows:
