MES College of Nursing, Malappuram, has an application process divided into various steps:
The college offers B.Sc, Post Basic B.Sc, M.Sc, and GNM courses.
This 4-year B.Sc Nursing programme has approval to admit 70 students. A merit list is drawn based on performance in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in the qualifying examination. This programme is also within the ambit of the criteria for eligibility laid down by the Indian Nursing Council, the Kerala Nurses and Midwife Council, and the Kerala University of Health Sciences.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing course allows 20 students to join in 2 years. The entry process is similar to that of B.Sc Nursing, which includes a merit list based on the qualifying examination PCB. The candidate should have a diploma in nursing or an equivalent qualification recognised by the nursing councils.
For the GNM course, the institution has around 40 seats on offer. Specific details for admission are available; however, it can be inferred that admission would probably hold true as for other programmes in that merit-based criteria are reproduced as well.
