Mother Teresa College of Nursing, Mehsana Admission Process

Mother Teresa College of Nursing Mehsana, one of the most recognized nursing colleges in Gujarat within India. It offers some UGs and PGs programs under the Indian Nursing Council as per the ug PG nursing programs.  The admission procedure in Mother Teresa College of Nursing is quite sound and open to selection of meritorious educators for various nursing programs. Degree-Based Admission Process

B.Sc Nursing-The college is allowed to intake 50 students in a 4-year B.Sc Nursing program. Admission to this program is based on the merit of qualifying examination (10+2 with science subjects) and other criteria laid down by the college or regulatory bodies.

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM): Approved for 50 students, GNM is a 4-year program. The admission process for GNM shall consider the performance of participants in the 10+2 examination and one or more of the additional selection criteria laid down by the college.

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM): A 2-year ANM program that allows for an intake of 20 students. Admission is laid down basically on the academic performance of the candidate either in the 10th or 12th standard depending on the norms adopted by the institute.

The following specializations are offered for M.Sc Nursing at Mother Teresa College of Nursing, with an intake of 4 students for each specialization:

  1. M.Sc Community Health Nursing
  2. M.Sc Child Health Nursing
  3. M.Sc Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing
  4. M.Sc Medical Surgical Nursing
