The college has well-equipped laboratories, advanced research facilities, and an expensive library, which caters to its strong focus on research and scientific exploration. The campus is quite old but maintains essential amenities such as internet access, well-maintained classrooms, and clean hostel facilities. It also has dedicated research centers for various scientific fields, promoting undergraduate and postgraduate scientific research.
The curriculum is comprehensive and research-focused, designed to keep pace with developments in various scientific disciplines. It offers traditional and emerging fields, allowing students to explore diverse scientific topics. Faculty consists of highly experienced and qualified professors, many of whom have published extensively in national and international journals. Their expertise and mentorship play a pivotal role in fostering a rigorous academic environment.
Most opportunities come from research institutions, government bodies, and private companies involved in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and environmental sciences. Although placements are not as aggressive as those in engineering or business schools, students interested in academia or further research are well-supported with internships and research collaborations.
Our college comprises two structures, i.e., one designed for undergraduates and the other for postgraduates. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available on campus. Every stream includes labs related to their courses, as well as an online lab and library. A restaurant and a stationery shop are also located on campus.
It is the most effective department. Here, certain entrepreneurs maintain an ongoing interest in each child. During the second semester, he was never recognised as a qualified teacher in exams and lectures on topics completely outside the syllabus because of his lack of knowledge. The cutoff percentage exceeds 45%.
Our college provides many placements, and many students get placements every year. Every week, many companies visit the college, like HSBC, Citibank, Barclays, etc. Almost 80% of students get placed out of college. Top roles offered are business analyst, risk analyst, etc. About 75% of students get internship opportunities

Our faculty members are highly talented and have good teaching skills. They are student-friendly, explanations are good, and all teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. Semesters are tough to get good marks in.

The facilities are very good, and the infrastructure is amazing. Wi-Fi will be available only in hostels for 18 hours. Labs are good, and the library is the biggest attraction of my college. The food is good, and you can expect good facilities overall. There is a hospital on campus, but it is quite expensive.

The Tata group will hire a higher number of people, and 99% of students got placed in my course. The internship opportunities will be provided by external companies. I don't know all the companies, but major ones like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, and Mahindra will be visiting, and prominent companies can be seen at our college.
MVJ offers modern, well-equipped facilities that support quality engineering and management education. Engineering & technology facilities like smart classrooms equipped with projectors, audio-visual aids, and Wi-Fi. There are well-equipped labs, department-specific labs (CSE, ECE, mech, civil, etc.)
The faculty at MVJ is experienced, qualified, and industry-oriented, ensuring students receive both theoretical knowledge and practical insights. Most professors hold PhDs or M.Tech degrees and actively guide students in projects and research.
MVJ college maintains a strong placement track record across core engineering, IT, and management domains. Over 80%-90% of eligible students are placed every year in reputed companies. Top recruiters in IT & Tech are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, HCL, Dell, and Tech Mahindra.
Don't know about the hostels, but the canteen is good. Infrastructure is also good; classrooms are decent, labs are well-maintained, and the library is also good with a good variety of books. The reason I gave 3 stars is that the ground is as big as a kindergarten ground, with very little space and fewer sports facilities. The auditorium and seminar hall are damn good.
It is actually good. The teachers are good and helpful. The library has the textbooks we need, and our exams are conducted on tabs, which you mostly can't expect in any other normal private college in Bangalore. Exams are tough, so you need to study daily if you want to survive.
Almost 80 percent got placed, and the rest went for higher studies. Actually, electrical batches are also getting good placements. Many of the students got 8.75 LPA, and ECE got around 15 LPA. Both ECE and CSE median packages are also around 7 LPA, which is not bad for core batches in India, especially in normal core branches.
Almost all faculty members have done their PhDs. Labs, libraries, and classrooms are very well-maintained and very clean. The library has a wide number of books for students. The quantity also is really good. There is also a digital library for which students can make use to study and do their research work with college-provided internet.
As mentioned above, teachers are really encouraging and kind. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate. There are 3 internal exams out of which the average is considered. The final theory exam is for 100.
For every 10 students, there are separate mentors. These mentors take care of PTMS, reason for leaves, student's behavior, etc. The highest package for electrical engineering is 40 LPA. The minimum is 15 LPA. BOSH, Toyota, EMC, TCS, etc., companies visited our campus for placement.s. Almost all students got placed in the college. Top roles are based on students' skills
The college has decent infrastructure, including well-equipped classrooms. Computer labs are well-equipped and good for practical learning. Teachers guide us properly during lab sessions, which is helpful. Hostel and canteen facilities are available, but the quality of food in the canteen is not very good and is a bit costly. There are also some outside shops near the campus where students can get food. Overall, the infrastructure is fine, but the mess and canteen need improvement.
The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, and they do their job well in teaching. The course curriculum is quite regular and covers the necessary subjects, but it is not fully updated to make students industry-ready. Exams are conducted on time and are of moderate difficult level, so most students are able to pass if they study properly. Overall, the faculty is good, but the curriculum needs more update to match current industry requirements.
In my course, many students got placed. The placement percentage was very low, and there were hardly any companies visiting our campus for recruitment. No big or well-known recruiting companies came, and there were no proper placement drives organized. As a result, students did not get good opportunities or specific roles through college placement. Most of us had to look for jobs or internships on our own outside the campus.
The campus is very small with limited walking space, however, the infrastructure is good with well-equipped labs and a great library. The classrooms are clean and air-conditioned. It is a 5-floor building with a lift, and water purifiers are present on each floor. Cleanliness is maintained very well.
Most teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but only a few of them are actually helpful. The curriculum is relevant to the industry. Two exams are held each semester, excluding the practicals. The exams are moderately hard, with 35% as the passing mark.
The placements are good, with most students securing a job in the 3rd year itself. Few opt for higher studies, while 90% of students get placed. The highest on-campus placement is 25 LPA, with 5–6 LPA as the average package for the IT department.
Facilities and infrastructure available for my course are just awesome. Labs are great. Classrooms are awesome and fully provided by AC. The library is good, and it contains a huge amount of books for my course. College Wi-Fi does not work often. The quality of facilities of hostels is good for 2nd and 3rd year students. Hostels provided to first-year students are not up to the mark. The quality of the mess and canteen is very good for 2nd and 3rd year students. Sports and games facilities available are badminton, table tennis, carrom board, etc.
Some teachers are helpful and some are not. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. They don't know how to teach. Our Maths faculty members are awesome and very helpful. From my experience of the first year of college, teachers are average. Most of the syllabus we have to study ourselves from YouTube, notes, or books if we want to score good marks in exams. The course curriculum is relevant. There are very good courses in mathematics and core subjects of computer science, which make us ready for placement and interviews, but we have to learn many skills on our own.
About 82% of students from my branch got placed in 2024. The highest package offered is 85 LPA by Atlassian. The average package is 18 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Goldman Sachs, etc. Many students got internships from my course in the IT Field. The top roles offered in my course are data science, software engineer, financial analyst, etc.

MVJCE used to be under the Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) until 2018. However, in 2019 MVJCE transformed into an autonomous institute.
Hello,
I suppose you are asking about NIETI, Mysore, and MVJ College of Engineering. The placements of both the colleges are very good. But, if we compare both the colleges on the basis of placements, then NIETI Mysore is the best option. It has had a great placement percentage in recent years. MVJ has an average percentage in placements as compared with NIETI Mysore.
Hope this has cleared your doubts.
