Considering the previous year cut off for general category you have chances of getting seat in NIFT, Kolkata in Accessory Design. For Bachelors degree in design from National Institute of fashion technology you are eligible to apply if you have a minimum of 50% marks aggregate for your 10+2 education in any stream from a recognized board of education. The yearly fee for B.des is 2,70,000 and total fee comes around 6,30,000. Hope this helps and Good luck

The NIFT colleges are one of the finest colleges of India and it also has a very great excellence in education as well as the infrastructures are quite well and talking about NIFT (Mumbai) it ranks number 1 in compare to other NIFTs so to get admissions in this college is quite hard because it has very high cutoff as a lot of students try to get their admission secure in this college due to its popularity and many more factors. So as you are SC/ST candidate it makes your chance little more in getting admission for that particular category and getting FD field is also very good and if not than you can go with some other popular field as well.

The cut off for NIFT 2021 will be released after NIFT counselling is concluded for now we can only predict the institutes in which you may have chances of getting seat based on previous year cut off. Here is the list of institutes in which you have chances of getting seat based on the cut off in 2020 for admission under OBC-NCL category in the following NIFT, Campuses

• Bengaluru: Accessory Design-1443
• Bhopal: Textile Design-6383
• Chennai: Fashion Communication-1980
• Gandhinagar: Fashion Design-2403
• Mumbai: Textile Design- 2965

The cut off mentioned above is for OBC-NCL category. Cut off in 2021 is subjected to changed based on difficulty level of examination, total number of candidates appeared and total number of seats available etc.

It is quite difficult to predict the cut off as it depends on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. Every year the cut off changes. The cut off for NIFT 2021 will be released after NIFT counselling is concluded. So we can predict the institutes in which you may get seat based on previous year cut off. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in any of the preferred campuses because the cut off was lower than the rank you have secured. However, you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes in the preferred course
