According to closing ranks for OJEE in 2019, the closing rank for Computer Engineering was 83129 therefore, taking admission in this college under this branch will be a little difficult. However, you can go for nearly all other branches with good chances of getting a seat in them.

Hope you are doing well. You did not mention your category and home state here. So, I am assuming, you are General. No, you will not get a seat in PMEC Berhampur in CSE with this rank in that case. Because, in 2019, the cut off rank for general was 83129 that too from home state.

Placement wise IGIT Sarang will provide on campus placements. GCE Kenojhar has no good student coordination for campus drives, So you have to try off campus (More competitive than on campus). But GCEs will be cheaper in terms of course fees and living costs

Infrastructure wise, IGIT is far better than others .
