Paulsons Teacher Training College, Villupuram Admission Process

A well-known teacher training institute in Tamil Nadu, Paulsons Teacher Training College, Villupuram. Admission Process : Degree wise

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): Paulsons Teacher Training College maintains a total intake capacity of 100 students for the B.Ed program. Merit is the criteria for admission to this course, which is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or the entrance examination. The college follows the admission policy of the state government, UT Administration, and the affiliated university. The B.Ed is a 2-year full-time course with extensive training in educational theories and teaching practices.

M.Ed (Master of Education): The annual intake for M. Ed is approved at 50 students. Merit lists are also the basis for admission into M.Ed including entrance examination marks and scores in the qualifying exam. Besides, candidates are required to qualify for an interview as part of the selection process. The M.Ed program is intended to provide advanced training in education and preparation of students to leadership roles in the education field.
