Prasiddha College of Engineering and Technology (PCET), offers a wide range of engineering courses at undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma level. The college has a long admission procedure that is put in place for the purpose of selecting meritorious candidates for its various courses.

Application Process

For B.Tech courses:

For M.Tech courses:

2. Apply through the state-level admission process for M.Tech courses.

For Diploma courses:
1. Clear the AP POLYCET examination.
2. Attend the state-level admission process for diploma courses.
3. Select PCET and preferred specialization at the time of counseling.
4. Join the college for admission if a seat is granted.
Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: PCET offers 5 B.Tech programs with a total intake of 450 seats. Admissions are based on AP EAMCET ranks. Specializations include Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Intake varies from 30 to 120 seats per specialization.
M.Tech: 7 courses of M.Tech are available in the college. Admissions are generally provided on AP PGECET basis. Computer Science and Engineering, Power Electronics and Power Systems, Embedded Systems, Thermal Engineering, CAD CAM, Digital Electronics and Communication Systems, and Computer Science. The intake capacity ranges from 9 to 30 seats per specialization.
Diploma: PCET has 4 Diploma courses in Engineering. Admissions are done on the basis of AP POLYCET score. Specializations include Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering. Intake is 60 to 120 seats per specialization.
