Radha Raman Mishra Post Graduate College, Allahabad, is one of the affiliated colleges of University of Allahabad and situated in Uttar Pradesh. In fact, it has a lot of varied undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, spread across Arts, Science, Commerce, Education, and Law.
The whole admission process in the college is based on merit made by the number of marks obtained in qualifying examinations or / and entrance tests, as to be prescribed by the state government and the university of Allahabad. The college follows well-defined procedures of admissions mainly for professional courses such as B.Ed and D.El.Ed.
Admission into all undergraduate and postgraduate programs is done primarily depending on the qualifying examination. Based on the marks received by the applicant in the subjects considered relevant, the college sorts entrants into the total percentage of marks. Thereafter, a list of candidates qualified for admission is prepared, along with the seats available.
Application Process
There are certain steps involved in the application process that pertain to Radha Raman Mishra Post Graduate College, Allahabad:

Degree wise Admission Process
BA, B.Sc, B.Com: Admissions for undergraduate courses are conducted on the basis of marks in the 10+2 examination. Candidates who have completed their higher secondary education (12th standard) from a recognized board are eligible to apply. The overall percentage and subject-specific marks were considered for the creation of merit lists for each program.
B.Ed: The B.Ed Program at Radha Raman Mishra Post Graduate College admits 100 students. The procedure of admission for this study is entirely merit based on the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination marks, as per the policy of the state government and the university. Students from any bachelor's field are eligible for application.
D.El.Ed: A total number of 100 seats are allocated for the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) program. Just like in the B.Ed, the selection is purely based on merit in the qualifying examination and/or the entrance test, according to the policies of both state government and the respective university.
MA (Various Subjects): This post-graduate study includes Hindi, Education, Sanskrit, Sociology, Ancient History, Political Science, English, Geography, Home Science, and Economics. Most of the admissions into these postgraduate programs depend on the total marks achieved in their relevant undergraduate degrees. Students with an undergraduate degree in the specific or associated subjects are eligible to apply.
M.Sc (Different Subjects): This includes Zoology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Botany M.Sc programs. The mode of admission to these subjects takes into consideration the marks obtained in the relevant bachelor's degree (B.Sc) from the corresponding or an allied discipline.
LLB and BA LLB: Concerning law programs, the college perhaps will base its consideration on the nature of the marks obtained by the qualifying examination and/or scores of the law entrance exams, as outlined by the Bar Council of India and the university.
