Royal Institute of Technology and Science provides four B.Tech full-time courses: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Entry to the courses is determined by the performance of the candidate in TS EAMCET. The intake of the B.Tech in Civil Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering courses is approved at 60 seats per course. Candidates must complete 10+2 with subjects PCM and pass the TS EAMCET to get admissions.
The candidate is mainly selected on the basis of their TS EAMCET rank. Royal Institute of Technology and Science adopts the process of seat allotment as given by the guidelines of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
