Sagar Mahavidyalaya library facility has more than 13,000 books, journals and periodicals on various subjects. The institute has introduced departmental libraries in every department and students can issue books from their respective departments. The library has a reading room as well.

Under Sagar Mahavidyalaya IT infrastructure, mega broadband is interested in the campus and software upgradation is done regularly. The college has around 25 desktop computers, over six laptops, a printer, a video camera with a tripod and more. There is a large sports complex in front of the college building. The Sagar Mahavidyalaya, South 24 Parganas sports facilities for carrom, chess, football, cricket and athletics. An Annual Sports Meet is conducted every year during winter.

Sagar Mahavidyalaya gym is well-equipped with more than six station multi-purpose machines, manual treadmill, leg extension, abdomen crunch machine, bench press, dumbbells and more.

The Sagar Mahavidyalaya has a necessary first-aid kit for giving first-aid treatment to students and staff members. In case of serious illness, students are taken to nearby hostels and parents are informed.
