The College has a Nootan General Hospital is the creation of Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya Kelvani Mandal. It is engaged in providing high-quality medical and surgical care in a host of critical specialties such as Cardiology and CVTS surgeries, Nephrology, Critical and Emergency Care, Trauma and Orthopedic physiotherapy center, Neonatology, General Medicine and Surgeries, Gynecology, and ENT. A skin specialist, a Pathological test, Radiology, and an Anesthesia department are also available. Nootan General Hospital is a multi-super specialty hospital in VISNAGAR – with 130 beds, 5 major operation theatres, and 16 beds in ICU/ ICCU; 15 15-bedded (ARF+ CRF) hi-tech dialysis units. The college has a health center with a student first aid facility.

The college has a well-furnished, spacious, and rich library with a separate reading room on the second floor of the building. It provides a serene and noiseless atmosphere to students for reading and research. At present, the library stock is more than 38,000 books comprising more than 10,000 titles on various subjects of engineering, business administration, and computer applications. In addition to that, there is a digital library section comprising computer systems with internet connectivity. The library subscribes to several journals (Print Copy) and magazines covering various engineering streams. The entire collection of the library is computerized, enabling the issue/return function automatically by using library automation software (ALICE for Windows) with a barcode system. It accommodates a large, well-furnished space for reading and reference. A separate reading room is also provided for the students. Computer user terminals (OPAC Facility) are also available in the library to search the books by author/ title/ keyword.

The College has a Sports facility. “Sound Mind in Sound Body” is the idea that we have always kept before us. Our chief aim is that students should not only be trained academically but also have time for extra-curricular activities like sports. For newcomers, sports and culture-related activities work like magic and eradicate the feeling of homesickness. It enhances the virtues like team spirit and brotherhood among them. It is through such activities only that they can keep themselves healthy and retain their enthusiasm and energy throughout their study. Adjacent to the hostel buildings, there is a spacious playground. Sports activities are also a part of the academic calendar of SPCE, which enhances virtues of brotherhood, cooperation, patience, and sportsmanship among the students. A variety of grounds, tracks, and field games have been prepared for playing different games on the campus. Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, Patan & Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad, organize Inter-college competitions for various games, and selected players are sent to National Level games in which our students participate in various games like Swimming, Table Tennis, Chess, Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, etc., and win prizes.

Moreover, the facilities for indoor games such as Table Tennis, Chess, and Carom at the hostels are also available. Our aim is the overall development of the students, and we believe in training the students to perform various tasks with noble objectives in human services. And for that, an N.S.S. (National Social Service) unit is on campus.
