Hello,
The cut off for each college will be different. To have decent chances to get seat in Government Institute the rank must be under 1000. As you have secured rank under 1000 you do have chances to get seat in Government and Private institute as well. You haven't mentioned the course in which you wish to seek admission and your category. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you are seeking admission to Master in Business Management. Assuming that you belong to general category here is the list of institutes in which you have chances of getting seat
Cut off changes every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

Hi aspirant,
There is no way you can choose the the lower preferred seat by any means in josaa counselling. The authorities tried to allot you a seat based upon your performance and the preference order given by you and once allocated a seat, the candidate needs to choose between freeze, float or slide. That means you can either accept the initially allotted heat or can accept the seat and wait for any further upgrades in the same college or can accept the seat and wait for upgrade into a higher preferred choice. If you wanted a seat in the college which is located in your city then you should have filled at choices accordingly.
Coming to the second question you will not loose a seat (if alloted any) due to some other candidates interference. Your seat could be only cancelled in case you opt out of the process , did not pay the required field in the mentioned time or do not fulfill the basic eligibility criteria.
Hope it helps!!

Dear Student,
A professional course is a college-level course designed to target those who are in, or about to enter, the workforce in corporate, government or technology fields. Consider taking a professional course if you want to strengthen your skills in areas such as team management, computer technology and health and safety. Whereas, A non professional course just grants your a degree for under professional work. Non-Professional students are those who pursue their degree in liberal courses such as arts, commerce, basic sciences, humanities, social work, fine arts, music, drama, creative writing etc. There is less competition in liberal courses.
Some of the examples of professional degrees are:

My college has one of the best infrastructure among also the colleges in India. It is the most renowned college from business studies in India. It has beautiful campus with beautiful buildings and greenery all around.
College campus is weel good.classromm are well Maintained comfortable chair for students to study for long hours. But the bad thing about college is there is no access in the classroom .Too much hot in the class . students were unable to study in the class
The college infrastructure is good there is no AC's in the SOB bilding and SOL building but there are AC's in SOMM and SOLS and overall the college is great and the tables and chairs used in the class rooms are great.
