It's not at all necessary. First of all, GMAT is an exam which is mainly conducted across the world to pursue your MBA degree from the foreign b-schools. In India top, most Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, is the one which gives admission to students only on the basis of GMAT examination score.
Some of the private colleges in India also accept GMAT score along with other MBA exam scores like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT etc. to give admission in their college.
But there is no relation to GMAT exam and digital marketing. It totally depends on the college curriculum whether it provides courses or stream of Digital Marketing or not.
Delete this myth from your mind and explore the college before reaching any conclusion.
All the best!!
Hello,
TFWS (Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme) seats are allocated based on merit and eligibility, not solely on a first-come-first-served basis. However, there are some nuances:
1. Merit-based allocation: TFWS seats are allocated to eligible candidates based on their merit (percentage or rank) in the CAP (Centralized Admission Process) rounds.
2. Availability of seats: If TFWS seats are filled in a particular college, further eligible candidates will not be allocated TFWS seats in that college, even if they have a higher merit score.
3. Waitlist: If a candidate with a higher merit score (like the 92%ile candidate in your example) is not allocated a TFWS seat due to unavailability, they might be placed on a waitlist.
4. Vacancy-based allocation: If a TFWS seat becomes vacant due to a candidate's withdrawal or non-reporting, the waitlisted candidate with the next highest merit score might be allocated the seat.
In your scenario:
· The 91%ile candidate gets the TFWS seat initially.
· If TFWS seats are full, the 92%ile candidate will not get a TFWS seat in the same college, even if they have a higher merit score.
· However, the 92%ile candidate might be placed on a waitlist and allocated the seat if a vacancy arises later.
Hope this helps,
Thank you
Hi there,
Congrats on getting 11800 rank in the wbjee examination.
Getting a seat in the general category in the first round of the counselling shows that while choice filling and filling the registration form you may have wrongly chosen the category as general instead of your preferred quota. This has resulted you in the seat allotment in the wrong category.
To further change the reservation quota during the ongoing counselling is not possible, you can visit the official website of the wbjee and then check the norms and the procedures related to the counselling.
You can visit its website and then check all the details regarding the participation in the counselling and other related issues which will give you a clear idea about what to do next.
Hope this resolves your query.
Greetings of the day dear aspirant
As Christianity is a religion and not a caste, it will not be under category like General, OBC, SC or ST. They will be under religion. But again under religion we have minority religions and majority religions. And since the number of Christians in India are very less, they will be under religious minority not category.
You can have a General category person and be a Christian. You can even have an OBC or SC or ST who is a Christian. On the other hand you may also find ST/SC/OBC/General who is Hindu. Religion and category are two different things and should not be mixed with each other. However, Christians comes under minority community in India as their population is very less.
I hope this helps you!!

The website or application you're uploading to might only accept specific file formats for images, such as JPG, JPEG, or PNG. Double-check the website's instructions or FAQs for the exact formats allowed.
Sometimes, special characters in the filename can cause issues. Try renaming the file to something simple without spaces or special characters.
There might be a maximum file size limit for uploaded documents. Reduce the size of your marksheet photos if they exceed the limit.
There are many free online tools and apps that can help you reduce the file size of your images without significantly affecting quality.

An NT-B caste certificate is sufficient for claiming OBC reservation benefits in the national level reservation scheme.
The central government includes Nomadic Tribe (NT) categories like NT-B within the broader OBC (Other Backward Classes) category for reservation purposes.
Since NT-B falls under OBC, you only need a caste certificate that specifies your caste as "NT-B." This certificate should be issued by a competent authority designated by the state government.
The validity of OBC certificates can vary depending on the specific reservation scheme and issuing authority. In general, OBC certificates issued by the central government are valid for a lifetime. State governments might have their own validity periods for OBC certificates.
I hope it helps!
Hello
I assume you had a total of 5 subjects including 1 English, so you can choose domain subjects from the other 4 subjects, and you can choose your additional subject as the domain subject also there is no problem in doing so.
Keep a check that you don't select the wrong domain as this will hamper your admissions.
Senior's advice: Select as many domains as you can as this will help you in maximizing your score. Do not restrict yourself to only 3 domains.
Thank you for reaching out with your question! First and foremost, congratulations on your academic achievements.
In the context of JEE Main and JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) admissions, the criteria for eligibility, particularly the percentage requirement, is crucial. JoSAA considers the total percentage obtained in the qualifying examination, which, in your case, is the Maharashtra board.
If you've secured 76.3% out of 600 marks, this is the overall percentage that JoSAA is likely to consider. The percentage derived from PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics), English, and one other subject out of 500 marks is 74.7%. However, JoSAA typically looks at the total percentage obtained in the board exams, which includes all subjects.
For admission to NITs (National Institutes of Technology), IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology), and GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutes), the general category candidates must have at least 75% of their total marks to meet the JoSAA 75% requirement in 2024. Since your overall percentage is 76.3%, you should meet this criterion.
It's essential to double-check the specific admission guidelines and cutoffs released by JoSAA or the respective authorities for the most accurate and up-to-date information. Additionally, keep an eye on any announcements or updates regarding the admission process.
Feel free to ask if you have any more questions or need further clarification. Thanks again for reaching out, and best of luck with your admissions!

Hello Aspirant,
It's not a caste; Muhammad is only a previous name added to one's name. Thus, it might or might not fall under OBC. To recognize as a OBC there are different factors for consideration as such income do include.
Currently, Muslims who fall under the OBC category are granted reservations. Legal experts claim that this quota is allowed because it is for the "backward classes" rather than a religious or caste group.
OBC is not based on religion, but rather on caste. Furthermore, castes are not recognised in Islam. However, several States are thinking of giving backward Muslims who fall under the OBC category a reserved spot in government employment.
