As you might have an idea that this year cut off gone rise 30-40 marks above then previous year as topper Mark is itself 19 marks above then previous year. Last year cutoff for sms medical college for st was AIR 20333 (559 marks). As this year almost 20k neet rank is on 600 marks. So anything less than 600 marks  will have very less chance.
