In the year 2020 it was 113 to 128 and in the year 2019 it was 116 to 134.
But don't consider the previous years marks completely as trends in marks vs ranks and seat allotment are changing every year
If the receipt is issued successfully then you have nothing to worry about. Sometimes there are technical glitches for which also the sms didn't issued. So if you have the print of the receipt you have nothing to worry about.

As per your query I would glad to inform you that mistake which you have mentioned of all uploading photo without name and date are quite usual ,authorities know they are very common so mostly they dont reject application in minor mistakes. But for on safe side,write a gentle mail to them regarding your issue to keep them aware of it

It is clearly written in NEET information bulletin that 80% of your photograph should be clearly covered with your face and your ears should also be visible so if there is any blurredness or any kind of visibility error then you should change it because why to take chance from our side, when you are getting correction opportunity then you should try to be 1005 correct from your side. So it is recommended to upload it again before August 14th.
Following steps can help you in making correction in it :-
** Visit the official site of NEET 2021and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2021 Application form'.
** Now login using his login credentials.
** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2021 application form.
** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview the form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.
** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.
** Now take the print out of the NEET correction slip for future references.
Also note that images should be uploaded in the prescribed specifications as given below :-
-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),
-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),
-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),
-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and
-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).

Yes of course you should change it because even if NTA has not mailed you regarding your blurred image of your thumb impression, this does not mean that it won't create any problem in future, it might create so you should change that image by yourself using NEET Correction window to avoid any future complication.
NEET Correction window will remain active till August 14th evening so make all the required corrections before the deadline.

As the correction window of neet has been opened by the National testing agency so I am considering you are talking about your neet application correction. You can check your application or download your application if submitted in the official website that is nta.neet.nic.in.
You need not worry after submitting the correction application it will show that you have successfully submitted . It is not necessary that you will get the email from the nta.

Don't worry, it won't create any issue because there is no any restriction on 'Bindi', the face should be clearly visible and suppose if the face is not visible clearly then you should change it and also if you want any other image to change, then you can do so during NEET Correction window which is active till August 14th.
