A native of Palayakottai, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, Shivparvathi Mandradiar College of Education has gained a name for itself among the colleges of teacher education and it is affiliated to the corresponding university and recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).  The admission procedure is based on merit, considering the marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, whereby preference is given to applicants placed higher in the rank list according to the rules of selection made by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university. 2. Application Form: The application form can be obtained from the college office or downloaded from the college's official website.

3. Fill form: The applicant is to fill the application admitting his or her personal information and educational background with utmost care, preferable under his/her own writing.

4. Documents submission: Candidates are to submit, together with the application form:

• Mark sheets in qualifying examinations (10, 12, and Graduation if applicable)

Degree-wise Admission Process

B.Ed.-The college has accepted for 100 seats approved for the B.Ed. program, where admission to B.Ed. is based on merit considering the marks at the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, funding policies of the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university. The duration of the program is two years with total fees of ₹80,000.

M.Ed. Admission: The M.Ed. course consists of 50 seats for which merit-based admissions are given. Selection is made based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, performance in the entrance examination, and other selection processes, as per the policy of the state government/central government/university/UT administration. The M.Ed. therefore is a two-year course and fee for the entire course is ₹70,000.
