Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya, Uttar Dinajpur Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

The college has a rigorous and organized admission policy in respect of Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya bunch of undergraduate programs and it is affiliated to the University of Gour Banga. It is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an 'A' Grade. After the results of the Higher Secondary (H.S.) examination conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (W.B.C.H.S.E.) are announced, the admission process of the Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya generally begins. Admission usually lasts for about a month and a half; by this time; classes are commencing.

Admission Process Degree Wise 

BA (Bachelor of Arts): Shree Agrasen Mahavidyalaya offers the Bachelor of Arts degree in General and Honours programs. The admission procedure for BA programs commences soon after the results of the H.S. examinations. In the case of BA Honours course with Bengali, English, History, Political Science, Hindi, Geography, Physical Education, Education, Philosophy, Urdu, and Sanskrit, admissions are based on Merit Points and are through a counseling process. The college ensures that the admission process is exhaustive, so as to not compromise on the selection criteria linking the students to these specialized study programs.

B.Sc (Bachelor of Science): The college offers B.Sc.|Programs in the General and Honours streams. Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry are the subjects available for Honours. The admission process will be carried out for B.Sc. programs on the basis of merit and taking into account marks obtained in the qualifying examination. This procedure guarantees that students entering the course of study possess a strong foundation in the scientific subjects.

B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce): For B.Com general and honours admission procedures, criteria adopt a merit system. The college regards the marks obtained in the H.S. examination, concentrating on the relevant subjects of commerce studies.
