It's great to know that the campus offers hostel facilities with good quality rooms. Also, the fact that the campus is spread over 50 acres, with each course having its separate infrastructure, is quite impressive.
Teachers at this college are truly remarkable! Their knowledge and helpfulness are unparalleled. Moreover, the quality of education offered here is excellent, especially when compared to other state-level colleges. The senior faculty members are so well-respected that many industry professionals seek their advice. While the course curriculum is good overall, there may be some subjects that need to be revamped.
The placement scenario for students from the popular branches like CS, IT, EE, and EC is quite impressive, with a majority of them getting placed with an average package of 6.0 LPA. Some of the top companies that offer the best packages include Goldman Sachs, Oracle, DB, and Mastercard. Location is what makes the infrastructure of this college perfect. Well maintained greenery is there which is apple to our eyes. Also laboratories should be improved but mainly of ece branch and libraries are okay. Overall good infrastructure.
I am studying information technology. Teaching is what professors enjoy here and make us as students enjoy studying too. Though the curriculum here present does not make us job ready, still kids are efficient enough to study on their own.
Our tnp cell is not as good as other colleges. They are not supportive and helpful. The companies called are also sometimes of sales. The placements process is not easy for us due to all these reasons and recession too.

The infrastructure is great in the sense of greenery present everywhere. The classrooms have every basic need like benches, fans etc and more than basic things like projectors. The washrooms are smelly.
I am enrolled in computer science branch. The quality of teaching is also better. The professors are professional and we can go to them for their advices and they give professional advice. We get job ready too but extra is needed to be studied.

Based on your JEE Main 2025 rank of 3,41,581 in the OBC category under the home state quota, securing admission to (SGSITS), Indore, may be challenging.
Your rank of 3,41,581 is significantly higher than the closing ranks for most branches in the OBC category in previous years.
With a 79.7 percentile and GEN-EWS category, you can likely gain admission to lower-demand branches at SGSITS Indore, assuming you have a Madhya Pradesh domicile. Highly sought-after branches like Computer Science and IT may be difficult to secure with this percentile. Lower-demand branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering may be more accessible due to the home state quota and EWS reservation.
Percentile to Rank:
A 79.7 percentile in JEE Main typically translates to a Common Rank List (CRL) rank between 160,000 and 250,000.
SGSITS Indore Cutoff Trends:
Based on previous years' data, the closing ranks for EWS candidates at SGSITS Indore vary depending on the branch.
EWS and Home State Quota:
EWS and home state quotas can significantly improve your chances of securing a seat, especially in branches with lower demand.
Branch Preferences:
You should prioritize branches with potentially lower cutoffs, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Competitive Branches:
Highly competitive branches like Computer Science and IT will likely require a higher percentile and/or rank.
Counselling and Seat Allotment:
The final seat allotment will depend on your rank, category, branch preference, and available seats.
With a JEE Main rank of 5,28,143 in the ST category (home state), it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission in popular branches such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering at SGSITS Indore. You may be considered for lower-demand branches, depending on their cutoff trends. However, it is advisable to check the official counseling details for accurate and updated information.
