The location and infrastructure of the college is top notch. The hostels are well maintained, although there is room for improvement in the food quality. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled and every including the big common library we have.
I am currently enrolled in information technology. The faculty is very intelligent and supportive in your personal problems as well. The teachers are so friendly and approachable, they are always ready to help you. Curriculum is a bit interesting.
Placements are quite good when you go for a visiting they will say lies about the college, many teachers are very impressive and to be honest placement of this college have gone to the 40 lacs but this year it has gone very down.
Infrastructure is well maintained. The classrooms have AC's, so classrooms are very comfortable. Classes are basically taken through projector, every room has projector. Living spaces are full of greenery.
I am studying computer science. The curriculum is pretty up to date but it could do with some practical knowledge. As for if the course makes me job ready, it does make me job ready but mostly for entry level roles only.
Placements are done and college is equally supportive. Lots of students get placed every year but the packages they get are not much attractive. I will advice to do extremely well in all the exams for getting a good position.
Excellent infrastructure with different departments for different branches. There are total of 5 floors (including ground floor) and each floor have atleast 4 classrooms and on last floor there is a small auditorium. Lift is installed in the campus. Overall good.
I am studying mechanical engineering. Not all teachers all the professors but their teaching level is awesome. They explain every topic in detail with examples. Curriculum has been up to date in this college as it gets updated every semester.
The placements are only for cs it branch. very few students gets placed every year through college placement cell. Rest of the students either go to pursue higher education or get a job on their own in our branch.
The college has all the necessary equipments for the students. Spacious class rooms, Library, well-equipped Laboratories, Cricket Ground, Backet ball and foot ball grounds. The living spaces are all clean with greenery.
I am studying mechanical engineering. Teachers are very supportive and provide guidance in regarding every field teachers are very amiable as well. They are very experienced in their field which is very good.
We have a dedicated training and placement cell for their placements. The college placement is excellent. Highest salary package which had been offered is INR 20.55 LPA. Average salary offered is INR 6.13 LPA. College is very supportive.
The infrastructure is quite nice and they are upgrading every year but improvement is also required in many areas. There are parking facilities , number of classrooms and labs along with big playgrounds for sports activities for students.
I studied computer science. Our faculty staff is good having best knowledge in their respective fields ,they are quite friendly and supportive. The curriculum is updated to its max but still something is required to study out of curriculum.
The quality was good. The faculty provide great help to the students to ensure they get the maximum help. Companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI. The college and tnp cell does not support much but in case of this.
The facilities are enough for every student. Every class has projectors. And in every lab we have a strong wifi connection. The classes and labs are maintained properly and cleaned regularly. So overall good infrastructure.
I am studying information technology. The teachers are very professional and clear all your doubts. The academics does not make you job ready but the curriculum is getting updated every semester which benefits every student.
The quality of placements is very good but this year has a bit down. We are working very hard but undeserving students get placement and this gets us depressed at the end. The salary at Max is also 23 lakhs this year.
Our infrastructure is on the way of its development. New developments are being made in the college like auditorium and new labs were also constructed with latest technology computer. Food and water has maintained hygiene.
I am enrolled in electrical engineering. Our department teachers are one of the most experienced in college. Their collective experience of over five years in the field of education enables them to deliver a comprehensive curriculum that incorporates theory and practical.
Placements this year is only for cs it and companies are recruiting only those branches. CSE graduates get the highest average wage, displaying a good track record of employment. Almost 90% people get recruited from these branches.
The facilities are what everyone wants with different canteens and juice centre also. The laboratories have all the necessary and well updated equipments. The libraries also have books which are required by students.
I am studying information technology. All the teachers are quite talented and have very good knowledge of all the concepts. They are quite understanding and cooperative and always pay attention to the students.
The quality was good. More than 100 companies were coming to the campus. Placement figures are real and more than 95% student get placed but this year only 10-20% students are getting placed due to recession.
Infrastructure can be better and it is still becoming better. It has almost all the necessary facilities such as library. Classroom desks are of great quality and well maintained and the campus is also very maintained.
I am currently enrolled in computer science. Teachers here are helpful and understand the students and let them allow to reach them and solve their queries if they have any. It does not make us job ready but they are trying.
The quality has been deteriorated very badly due to recession. Average for CSE branch is 10LPA. The highest packages are around 25-28 LPA. Campus promises a good percentage of students who most likely doesn't get placed.
Our college is connected to a hospital which gives discount to our college's students. College provides shops for nearly all the needs of the students, from fast food to daily need ones too. Living spaces are clean.
I am currently studying computer science. The Academics part of the college is better than the average. All the faculty members are very trained. The curriculum gets updated semester to semester but still seperate studies are required.

Based on your JEE Main 2025 rank of 3,41,581 in the OBC category under the home state quota, securing admission to (SGSITS), Indore, may be challenging.
Your rank of 3,41,581 is significantly higher than the closing ranks for most branches in the OBC category in previous years.
With a 79.7 percentile and GEN-EWS category, you can likely gain admission to lower-demand branches at SGSITS Indore, assuming you have a Madhya Pradesh domicile. Highly sought-after branches like Computer Science and IT may be difficult to secure with this percentile. Lower-demand branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering may be more accessible due to the home state quota and EWS reservation.
Percentile to Rank:
A 79.7 percentile in JEE Main typically translates to a Common Rank List (CRL) rank between 160,000 and 250,000.
SGSITS Indore Cutoff Trends:
Based on previous years' data, the closing ranks for EWS candidates at SGSITS Indore vary depending on the branch.
EWS and Home State Quota:
EWS and home state quotas can significantly improve your chances of securing a seat, especially in branches with lower demand.
Branch Preferences:
You should prioritize branches with potentially lower cutoffs, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
Competitive Branches:
Highly competitive branches like Computer Science and IT will likely require a higher percentile and/or rank.
Counselling and Seat Allotment:
The final seat allotment will depend on your rank, category, branch preference, and available seats.
With a JEE Main rank of 5,28,143 in the ST category (home state), it is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission in popular branches such as Computer Science, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering at SGSITS Indore. You may be considered for lower-demand branches, depending on their cutoff trends. However, it is advisable to check the official counseling details for accurate and updated information.
