Thank you for asking. It depends on what your quota is. You might have already gone through the net and got some results. This the official cut off site for 2015:-

The cut-off will not change much this time also. The ranks will get lower than higher. Because of decrease in demand for Engineering, other than some pre-conceived notion of people.

Other than Bangalore there are other places where there are very good colleges. a) If you get Dr.T.Thimmaiah Institute of Technology K.G.F for this rank you are really lucky - Location Kolar.

b) Sri Siddartha Institute of Technology, Tumkur

c) Maratha Mandal Engineering College Belgaum

d) Bagalkot and Rannebennur also are good.

All these above have campus placements as well.

If you are so worried about getting inside Bangalore only, others have already mentioned many colleges. Other colleges are:-

a) H K B K college.

b) East point college

c) A P S college of Engineering , Bangalore

according to their official website about 90 students were placed from raj kumar goel college in 2018 from cse dept:http://rkgit.edu.in/placements-2018.php they are ranked as above average .

while sit tumkur doen't provide any placement info they are rated as AAAA means a very good college

Considering your rank you seem to have a high chance for admission in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial Engineering and Management branches. You don't  have much chance in CS and Information science, according to the Careers 360 college predictor in SIT Tumkur if you belong to the general category.

As far as placements are concerned, Electrical Engineering has a better scope when compared to Architecture in SIT, Tumkur.

You might get into the core companies of the Electrical Engineering Department or even enter the software field through Campus placements of the college. You could even take up Government exams specific to your field or even Engineering in general.

For Architecture, you could work under any Architectural firm or develop one on your own. You could even associate with Civil Engineering firms.
