The college has a modest facilities, infrastructure, and equipment. The classrooms are okay but some facilities should be there like wifi, sports center, and smart boards etc. The living spaces are clean and the food is good.

The college is affiliated to Assam university, and the quality of teaching is very good. But the college has only one course that is Bed. The course is updated and focus on teaching pedagogy and psychology also.

I expected better placements as it is a professional degree, but there is no proper placement cell and opportunities. It needs to provide its students better placements and should tie-ups to good schools. So, mostly students wait for the state TET exams and all.

The silchar college of education has only one course that is BEd so the campus is relatively small and classrooms are decent, there is a library with enough books for lesson plans and assignments. No high-tech stuffs available but the basic things are available.

The BEd course is really good, it is heavy on practicals like microteaching, practice schools, lesson planning. Teachers are approachable and guide you well. For serious students, the course will help a lot as it is not a light course it needs your full time attention.

The quality of placements at college is very poor. We did not get any good placements offer. In Silchar, private institutes pay scale is very less so students wait for government job posts and apply for TET etc.

The silchar college of education is a very small college with only 1 course that is Bachelor of education. The facilities are very limited only traditional infrastructure available. No wifi, sports center, hostel etc. the living spaces are clean and maintained.

I did my BED from here and the teaching quality is nice. To get into bed here you have to write Assam University entrance test which they conduct every year. The curriculum is updated and will enrich your knowledge in the teaching field.

The quality of placements at my college is very bad. If you're looking for good placements then this is not the right choice for you. The college is not supporting regards to placements. If you're looking for government teacher job then you have to right TET.

The college is running with only necessary infrastructure like classroom with traditional desk bench, black boards, white boards, no modern facilities like wifi smart boards. We do not have any sports center unfortunately. The campus is clean though.

Talking about its academics, it provides only bed course so not such various aspects available. The BEd department is good, the teachers are good and professional behaviour is maintained. You will like the course structure it is developed for overall growth.

The quality of placements at our college is not very good. We do not have any such thing, some students try on their own to get into a school which is mostly private and very low paying. For government you have to write TET or CTET.

Our college has necessary infrastructure, facilities but not that fancy equipments. The classroom have white board, library but no laboratories as only Bachelor of education course is there. No wifi, sports center available. Living spaces are clean though.

I have done my bachelor of education from this college. The quality of teaching is good as per the requirement. Teachers will make you understand everything and they will actually guide you how to become a good teacher.

There are some schools which come to take final year students. I did not sit for placements as I don't want to do job here. I was preparing for other central exams. There are drawbacks still which needs to be corrected.

The college has average quality of furniture, infrastructure, facilities, it does not have advanced equipment such as WiFi, smartboards, projectors etc. it still relies on traditional system of teaching. The living space are quite clean.

Although the infrastructure is not good of the college the best thing is that its faculty are very good, Their quality of teaching is amazing. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments. The course really made me ready with teaching jobs.

its does not have that good placements but still it invites schools to recruit its final year students. Don't know much about highest salary. as I was preparing for CTET and looking for jobs in good central schools.
