Sree Chaitanya Mahabidyalaya, Habra, is a constituent college situated in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. The college provides a wide variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts, Commerce, and Science streams. Degree wise Admission Process

B.A. Courses: Sree Chaitanya Mahabidyalaya has B.A. courses with specializations in Bengali Honors, English Honors, History Honors, Education Honors, and Sanskrit Honors. Admission is made on the basis of merit lists drawn up by the college. The total intake of the college for B.A. courses is 872 seats, each with a certain seat allocation.

B.Com Programs: The college has B.Com Accounting and Finance Honors with 358 seats and a general B.Com program with 178 seats. Admission to these programs is also merit-based, taking into account the marks secured in the qualifying examination.

B.Sc Courses: Sree Chaitanya Mahabidyalaya offers B.Sc courses with honors in Food and Nutrition (132 seats) and Human Development (11 seats). There are also 60 seats for general B.Sc and B.Sc Food and Nutrition courses. The admission to these courses is through merit lists made by the college.

M.Com Program: At postgraduate level, the college has an M.Com program with 25 seats. The admission to this program is merit-based, keeping in view the performance of the candidate at the undergraduate level.
