Infrastructure is nice, the college has canteen and washrooms, medical room and parking. Also a sitting area and two parks. Overall, infrastructure is nice and decent. The college has a nice environment.
My course, English honours has one of the best faculties. All my professors are very good and very understanding. They provide so much information and guidance to every student and are there in every step.
There is a society for placement cell. They handle placements and jobs/internships. The overall response is decent and they do help students in cracking internships and jobs during their course. People have qualified for placements.
The college has decent infrastructure with clean classrooms, library, labs, and Wi-Fi. The seminar hall are functional. No hostel facility, and the canteen is basic. Sports space is limited but societies are active and events are well-managed.
Academically, the college is good with experienced faculty and regular classes. Syllabus is followed properly, and internal assessments, tutorials, and assignments are taken seriously. Some departments also organize guest lectures and workshops.
Placements are average. A few companies visit the campus, and most students rely on off-campus opportunities. The placement cell is active and organizes seminars, workshops, and internship drives to support students.
The college is value for money. The fee is affordable, especially for a DU college, and the education quality, exposure through societies, and degree recognition make it worth the cost.
Campus life is lively and engaging. Various societies are very active and organize events, fests, and competitions throughout the year. The crowd is friendly, and students get good exposure beyond academics.
The infrastructure is not good at all. The furniture is from decades ago. The canteen is old and woren out. The building could use some renovations as well. There's no playgroujd in our college, there's just a small park
The teachers teach in detail and explain nicely while some teachers (2-3) don't teach nicely at all. They just take leaves and don't teach nicely but there are good teachers as well so it balances out things.
I don't think the placements provided from our college are good at all. Though, they are working their best on it and that's a good thing but it's still nowhere near good. Morevover, I think the teachers are helping out much on this case.
The course costs around 16k to 18k per year and I think that's a reasonable amount.
I have come across very talented and skilled people in our campus and they are really amazing as well. The people here are warm and sweet. They were really helpful to us when we were freshers as well.
No.
Its very bad, the fans dont work properly neither do we have Ac in our classrooms. The condition of water despensors are very bad and even the washrooms are so dirty. Even the vending machines for sanitary pads dont work sometimes.
Yes the academics part is pretty average of our college Its both like few teachers teach properly others sometimes dont pay enough attention Sometimes they are very rude and do not talk nicely if any doubts are asked.
Placement conditions of our college is genuinely not so good. Companies offer very less packages and the placement rate is very low. Its more of a funny time paas fair organised Its not formal at all.
Yes it serves the value for money just for the case of acamedics and that too a little rather than that no other good activities, sports, events and even the annual fest gets cancelled sometimes due to the hell lot politocs
Campus life is definitely very poor, first there should be campus to get a life. Its poor in all senses, no infrastructure no comfort no extra activities are done in a nice manner. Its definitelt y very bad
not so big campus , doesn’t have a auditorium, the canteen is also small , not every classroom has ac (only computer rooms does) , college has 3 floor’s, and also there are two small garden thats all.
im studying english hons as i want to persuade my career in this sub. the teachers are verty helpful and polite, if we have any Query they are always there to help . the faculty is nice compare to the college
placement supported SGNDKC is moderate but inconsistent across courses. suggest a median package of INR 4.5 LPA for UG students in the 2022 cycle with 66 UG students placed and PG students placed. Top recruiters include include Wipro Tech Mahindra.
Its good, the rooms are big and airy and have well ventilation system with windows, there is a garden at the centre of the college that's pretty enough although some parts can be improved like the canteen and college main campus.
The teachers are very interactive and helpful. I love studying here because of the interactive environment. The students are educated and studious enough. The library has very significant books that helped me in my academics.
I like the placement cell of my college, they are very helpful and interactive also many significant companies visit our college during the placement season and students have got very good placements from my college.
it has the basic facilities but can improve a lot some things can be renewed or renovated and few things need to be added it does the work but does not give what a campus should by being in it.....
tests presentations and assignments are given appropriately and marks are based on that internal assessments are as important as the written exams teachers are cooperative and good at what they do ..
although i haven't veen a part of it myself but as much as i know it can be improved as it does not provide the best placements ...ive heard about some good companies and students getting into ut but only handful of them

Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College, affiliated with Delhi University, offers a strong academic environment, particularly for humanities and commerce courses. The college follows the CBCS (Choice-Based Credit System) under DU guidelines, ensuring a structured and updated curriculum across all disciplines. The English Honours Department is known for its experienced and supportive faculty who use a mix of lectures, discussions, and presentations to make classes engaging. Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College offers decent placement support, particularly for students in commerce and business-related courses, while opportunities for arts and humanities students, including BA (Hons) English, are gradually improving. The college has an active Placement Cell that regularly shares information about internships, part-time jobs, and placement drives. It collaborates with companies in fields like marketing, finance, content writing, media, publishing, and NGOs. Well-known firms, start-ups, and NGOs often recruit students for roles in content creation, research, digital marketing, and editorial work. While core placements for English Honours are limited, many students secure internships during their course that help them build relevant experience. These internships often lead to future job opportunities or help in higher education and competitive exams. The college also organizes skill development workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills to enhance employability. Students are encouraged to explore opportunities beyond campus, but the support from the Placement Cell is helpful and growing. Overall, while placements are better for commerce streams, motivated humanities students with relevant skills and internships can also find good opportunities.

I am pursuing BA Hons political science majorly because of my interest for political science that I developed in grade 12th. The curriculum is updated and teaches various aspects required for a good understanding of the subject. Studying only political science at bachelor's level isn't sufficient for a very reputed job but along with Post graduation one would surely be completely job ready
The placement cell of our college is very active and keeps updating the students with placement opportunities. Jobs which align with the interests of the students and policies of the company are ensured to prevent any hassle. Overall it is student friendly.
Initially the course charged 20k for the first year and gradually the fees reduced for the upcoming years. It is definitely pocket friendly and reputable as the college is a part of Delhi University.
Despite being slightly smaller in size, the campus life is vibrant. All the societies and departments keep conducting events which makes the campus life very fulfilling. Students are an integral part of this life and further cojoined with college adds various dimensions to campus life.
