If you belong to OC , you are not going to get seat in top 10 colleges … not even top 20 colleges unless you have a good jee mains score . There is B category in these top colleges where they take students based on jee marks . But make sure you apply it early.

If you belong to BC, you can get in top 15 colleges.

If you belong to SC/ST you can get in top 5 colleges .

You have chance to get svce .

The cutoff svec cse for oc candidates is expected to be within 11960-20089.

Now this can't be assured,as cutoffs may vary as it depends on number of factors like 

1)no. Of students appeared for exam

2)difficulty level of question paper

According to the rank you have mentioned it is quite difficult to obtain if this belongs to general  category rank. SVCE being one of the good institutions in Andra pradesh, cut off rank is quite above as many candidates opt for this. Try for the counselling in category order and you will be able to obtain a seat there.

In my opinion Sri Vanketswara College is better in Placement as compared to Sri Vidyaniketan.

Sri Vanketswara College of Engineering: Placements: The college placement cell is too good. Placement process usually takes place in the 2nd and 3rd year of a batch. But, the internship programme is conducted every year. Many reputed companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., visited the college.. The average package offered was about 3.6 LPA.

Sri Vidyaniketan: Placements: The campus placements are not up to expected. Wipro, Infosys are the two major company's came for campus interviews . The no. Of students who got selected for these company's are very low .
