According to the rank you have mentioned it is quite difficult to obtain if this belongs to general  category rank. SVCE being one of the good institutions in Andra pradesh, cut off rank is quite above as many candidates opt for this. Try for the counselling in category order and you will be able to obtain a seat there.

In my opinion Sri Vanketswara College is better in Placement as compared to Sri Vidyaniketan.

Sri Vanketswara College of Engineering: Placements: The college placement cell is too good. Placement process usually takes place in the 2nd and 3rd year of a batch. But, the internship programme is conducted every year. Many reputed companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., visited the college.. The average package offered was about 3.6 LPA.

Sri Vidyaniketan: Placements: The campus placements are not up to expected. Wipro, Infosys are the two major company's came for campus interviews . The no. Of students who got selected for these company's are very low .

I can provide you the AP EAMCET 2016, 2017 and 2018 cutoff ranks of SVCE, Tirupathi for BC-B (Boys) category candidates, so you can get a clear idea.

Hello aspirant. As you mentioned that your rank is 38000 under BC-B category, there are many colleges where you can get admission in CSE. But is very difficult to get CSE in Sri Venteswara University as you rank is too high when compared to last year cutoff. So, better try for another another as it is impossible to get admission in Sri Venteswara University.

It seems it difficult you to get in the computer science because the cut off is high .
