Sri V. S. Sivalingam Chettiar Government Degree College, Sullurpet, and is a co-educational institute affiliated to Osmania University at Andhra Pradesh, India. It will be merit-based according to the marks one obtains in the qualifying examination. Students with the education background of Commerce and related ones in their 12th standard will be preferred.

B.Sc: Various B.Sc Programs are given which include Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science (50 seats); Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry (40 seats); and Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (30). The admission is on a merit basis, considering the marks of science subject in the 12th standard.

BA: The BA programs provided by the college are: BA in History, Economics, and Political Science (40 seats) and BA in History, Economics and Computer Applications (40 seats). Merit is the basis of admission, which includes the marks obtained in relevant subjects in qualifying exam.

M.Com: Self Finance M.Com has a total of 40 seats. Admission is purely on the basis of merit considering the marks obtained in bachelor's degree, preferably Commerce or a related field. 

M.Sc: The College offers M.Sc in Organic Chemistry with 30 seats. Admission will be strictly based on merit considering the marks obtained in the bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related disciplines.
