Hello,
Yes, you can use your Central EWS certificate for CLAT PG, but here are some important points to consider:
Eligibility for EWS : The Central EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate is intended for candidates who belong to the General category but are economically disadvantaged. If you have a valid EWS certificate, you are eligible to apply under this category.
SCBC Category Issue : If you did not fill the SCBC (Socially and Economically Backward Class) category in your CLAT PG application, you cannot claim this category for reservation, as it is a different category compared to EWS.
Clarification with CLAT Office : Since you did not select the SCBC category in your application, it's crucial to clarify with the CLAT office if your EWS certificate can be used for benefits under the General category, or if any changes are possible in your application.
Documentation : Ensure that your EWS certificate is valid and meets the criteria laid out by CLAT for eligibility.
Hope it helps !
In the clat exam, it is not considered a good rank. With this rank it is difficult to get any NLUs for you. Candidates must score roughly around 70% marks to get into NLUs. For reserved categories, around 5000 rank is considered a good rank, as for reserved categories are much lower for exam. To know more about CLAT ph cut off , visit CLAT pg cut offs

- Nepali students usually do not require explicit security clearance for NEET PG, as Nepal shares friendly relations with India.
- However, candidates are advised to check the specific requirements listed by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) or Indian Embassy, as policies may vary yearly.
2. Process to Obtain Clearance
If security clearance is required:

- Provide necessary documents like a valid passport, academic credentials, and an acceptance letter or proof of NEET registration.
- The Ministry may issue a certificate confirming no objection for your study abroad.
3. Confirmation

Unfortunately, with a score of 35 in CLAT pg 2024 (assuming general category), chances of securing a seat in a top or even a second third-tier NLU are very slim. The difficulty level of CLAT 2024 was considered easier, leading to potentially higher cut-offs across NLUs.
However, that doesn't mean there aren't other options for you! Here's what you can consider you may opt for private colleges like Symbiosis Law School, Amity Law School, and Nirma University accept CLAT scores and offer strong academic programs and placement opportunities.Research options based on your location, specializations, and fees.
Or you may try some state law university with your score but your marks is so low so there is little chance.
All the best...

Hello,
Your situation involves the recent change in affiliation of PG College Khargone, which has become an independent university and is no longer under Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV). In such cases, the procedure for taking ATKT (Allowed to Keep Terms) exams can vary depending on university policies. Here's what you can do:
Change in Affiliation : PG College Khargone, previously affiliated with DAVV, is now an independent university. This change might affect your eligibility for exams and academic continuity.
ATKT Exam Eligibility : Since PG College Khargone is no longer under DAVV, the rules for appearing in ATKT (Allowed To Keep Term) exams may differ. Typically, ATKT exams are conducted by the university with which the student is affiliated.
Where to Appear : If your course was under DAVV and you have been absent for two years, you may need to contact DAVV or the new independent university to understand whether you can appear for ATKT exams in their system or at PG College Khargone.
Action : Contact both PG College Khargone's administration and DAVV to confirm where and how you can appear for your ATKT exam, as regulations may vary.
Documentation : Ensure all your academic records and course details are available to clarify your status with both institutions.
Hope it helps !
