Degree wise Admission Process

There are 200 seats in Swami Dayanand College of Education for B.Ed course. Admission is based on merit in entrance test and/or qualifying test. The selection is as per rules framed by state government, UT administration, and the concerned university. Students are required to be graduates to enroll in the B.Ed course.
D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education):
The D.El.Ed course has 50 seats in admission. Like the B.Ed course, the admission is done on the merit of marks secured in the qualification test and/or entrance test. The UT administration and state government guidelines control the selection criteria. Generally, the candidates who have 10+2 education are eligible to apply for the D.El.Ed course.
