Yes, there is chance in MIT Pune if past year cut off is taken into consideration. But cut off is ever changing for the increase in candidates, paper level, state, category. According to NIRF rankings, KIIT has a better ranking than Symbiosis and MIT-WPU. So, I would suggest you to stick to your decision, and not apply for MIT-WPU and Symbiosis. Plus average package at KIIT is more than at Symbiosis and MIT-WPU.
NIRF Ranking of KIIT: 48 and the others are not even in the top 100.
Median salary of KIIT is 3,85,000(all the branches)

As per your percentile,your predicted rank is around 1,70,000. Symbiosis institute of technology generally doesn't declare it's cut off list. It's kind of a hit and trial thing where you have to go to the direct counseling session and if you are lucky enough you might get the seat. Getting a seat is purely based on the top JEE score . They will start filling the seat from the top scorers and then will come downwards. Most probably more than top 1,00,000 students will go for better institutes like iit, nit , iiit, gfit. So you may have a chance there.

There are fair chances for you to get admission in SID (symbiosis institute of design) with waiting list number 18.
It varies from year to year. As the waiting list students get provisional admission, only if the seats get vacant as the students with higher rank than them did not take admission, then the waiting list students admission gets confirmed.

But since it is a private college u can take admission with some of the fundings as the seats are filled until the total seats get full. The college has a central library large classrooms the latest technology labs and accessible Wi-Fi with good medical sports and hostel facilities campus is green and clean make it a comfortable place to learn

College Infrastructure
The college has great infrastructure facilities. It has big classrooms. It has a computer lab. The college has two conference room and it also has a common auditorium. The college has a cafeteria for the students. It also have a big playground.
