    College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is very good . As new construction and everything is added in 2020 , extra amenities are added. Labs are pretty good. They have everything you need in there you hardly require anything from outside.

    Academics

Over all academics are dependent on how much efforts you take . Teachers are helpful if you're good in behaviour. Library contents all kind of books from novels to higher study prep. Teachers also help you if you're willing to prepare for MS

    Placements

Average placements. As CS-IT department gets most of placements . E&TC - Civil-Mech gets average placements . If you're doing intern from campus companies then your placement chances are higher. Most of good companies come during on campus placement.

    Value for Money

2.5 lac p/y if you're living in pune Approx 4 lac if you're taking hostel accomodation. So its upto you how much benifits you take from overall facilities. I'll not say its 100% value for money but they'll give you everything you need in there

    Campus Life

Amazing campus especially in mansoon and winters. As SIT have secured place in one of top 10 most beautiful campus so you don't need to worry about campus life . You'll have good social life here too .

    Others

College is pretty good , everything depends on how much knowledge and skills you gain from facilities . You'll have good social life + academic years and most importantly really good and updated knowledge so i highly recommend SIT.

Yes, my college has all the adequate infrastructure, amenities, and equipment, one a student hopes for. It has a very good ambiance, the labs are well maintained, the library and classrooms are well furnished and ventilated, and quite spacious, the bus facility for local students, the cafeteria is good and hygienic.

    Academics

I am currently pursuing engineering in the stream of electronics and telecommunication because of my interest in this area. The quality of teaching is quite good with facilities such as projectors, smart boards which help in my overall development. The curriculum is updated and it does include all the recent developments. There is an improvement needed for making a student job-ready.

    Placements

The quality of placements is overall good, with on and off-campus facilities. Companies like Google, TCS, Microsoft, Amazon, Bajaj finserv comes to the campus for pre-placement offers for the students to recruit with almost 60% of students getting placed with an average package of around 4-5 lakhs/annum.

    Value for Money

The course costs 5 lakhs/annum and is overall worth it.

    Campus Life

The college campus life is quite good with ambiance. To develop overall development of a student it ensures and gives all facilities for sports and games. Adequate infrastructure is provided for indoor and outdoor games and co-curricular activities. Students can get engaged in the music club, techfest, social campaigns, etc. All the teachers and staffs are quite supportive and friendly in nature. The location is excellent with a lot of greenery. The SUHRC provides medical facilities too.

Along with the studies I got the opportunity to participate and explore other activities, which developed my confidence, I also met some amazing friends with wonderful memories.

The best life of my life.

    College Infrastructure

All facilities are good. Good food for hostelers, wi-fi, reading room are provided. We have one of the finest library present in our state. The quality of food in mess is moderate. Sports and games are given good preferences.

    Academics

Teachers here are helpful and well qualified. They will help us to understand the course in an easy way. They are not blessed towards students on the campus, and they treat every student equally and in a good way.

    Placements

Almost 90% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered by Microsoft was 32 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college were TCS, Infosys, Cognizant and accenture.

    Value for Money

Opted for this course because ECE had 2 opportunities, either we could go in a software field or core field. Everything was perfect in our course, so there was no need for improvement. Our college was very good in extracurricular activities.

    Campus Life

Fests in this college are better than any other college. Many students from this college are settled with their talent in extracurricular activities. We should join this college only if we get seat through MHTCET, JEE MAIN.

Experience in symbiosis institute of technology

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

As per me ,symbiosis have a nice and a well maintained infrastructure With good facilities and latest equipments which enables the students to keep them updated. We had well maintained labs for different type of practical experiments. We had separate hostels for boys and girls and was cleaned everyday. There was strong wifi in the entire campus and was easily accessible. Dining was really clean with Less variety of food But proper hygiene was maintained

    Academics

I completed my BTECH from symbiosis institute of technology and I am really proud that I got a chance to enroll myself in such a prestigious institute. Every faculty was highly educated so the quality of teaching was really good . Every individual was given proper assistance when required. There was a review of our curriculum in regular interval of time and was updated as per the requirement which in turn enabled the students to crack the interview and get then placed.

    Placements

To be honest placements depend upon the students, still our college tried and did it’s best to get the companies irrespective of the fact that it was not that old, still many students were placed. Around 70 percent of the students were placed. Highest package was offered around 10 LPA for a computer science student. Rest average salary was around 3-4 LPA. And our placement team was really supportive and helped a lot in getting placed .

    Value for Money

The course fees costed me 2 lakh per year excluding hostel. And I feel that I am getting my money’s worth as I really liked the climate of pune . Our college being an international university we came across different type of students from almost every state of country and even few from abroad as well so it helped as to know about different cultures and lifestyles of the different location. Now I can say that I have friends all around India which is a great advantage.

    Campus Life

Our campus was really good , happening , and happy people all around with open mind. No one cared what others did. Students kept them engaged in different types of events, sports which happened throughout the year. Other than the students , the teachers and the support staff were really friendly and helped everyone whenever required. Our college was located away from city on a hill with natural beauty all around which gave a lot of positivity. There was an ambulance 24*7 for medical emergency .

    Verified Review
    College Infrastructure

Yes, It has everything you need, all the facilities and equipments. The infrastructure is very nice. Our hostels as well as the college have wifi system which works 24/7 that too very well. Everything is well-maintained.

    Academics

I am currently pursuing btech and right now I am in first year. To be honest the main subjects that are related to my stream i.e. CSE will commence from second year. But subjects in first year too are really interesting and base-building.

    Placements

Average salary is 6-7 lakhs per annum but recently a student grabbed a package of 30 lakhs which was really commendable. Placements for CSE are really good but other branches specially civil may face some problem during placements.

    Value for Money

It is very expensive. Tution fee for my course is 2,60,000 per year which is very high and then there are expenses for hostel and mess too which are also very high, around 1,50,000 per year. If you cant get a good placement you'll lose a lot of money.

    Campus Life

Campus is really beautiful. It is located in outer pune and on a hill therefore it is very pleasent. Students, teachers and everybody else is very friendly and supportive and it didnt took me much time to adjust in such environment. Also symbiosis has its own hospital which is in the same campus for any emergencies.

Have a question related to SIT Pune ?

I need to find a college in Pune or Indore so I have thought of symbiosis pune or nmims indore what should I do or should I think of any other colleges? I haven't given jee I don't want to. Do symbiosis have online entrance exams? Do nmims have online exam or offline for entrance?

    Hello,

    Which Should You Choose?

If you prefer Pune over Indore: Go for Symbiosis Pune. It has a stronger brand value, established reputation, and a wider range of programs.

If you’re interested in business or management programs: Both are good, but NMIMS has a slight edge for business-related courses.

    Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune

    • Entrance Exam : Symbiosis conducts SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test) , which is an online entrance exam .
      • You’ll need to register for the test, which typically takes place between May and June.
    • Programs Offered : Symbiosis offers various programs in engineering, law, management, pure sciences, liberal arts, etc.

I've been waitlisted by Symbiosis Pune for LLM. Waitlist No. is 9. Do I have a chance for the 2025 course?

With a waitlist number of 9, you have a good chance of getting admission to the LLM program at Symbiosis Pune according to previous trends, but it's not guaranteed; it depends on how many students ahead of you on the list accept their offers and how many seats are available after the initial admissions round.

    • High chance, but not certain:

A waitlist number of 9 indicates you are relatively high up on the list, meaning you are likely to be considered for admission if several students above you decline their offers.

    • Stay updated:

Regularly check the Symbiosis website or contact the admissions  office or go to CLAT COUNSELLING 2025 to get updates on the waitlist movement and when to expect a decision.

    • Be proactive:

If you are seriously interested in the program, consider reaching out to the admissions office to express your continued interest and confirm any necessary documents you need to submit if you are offered a spot.

I got waitlisted at no. 5 for LLM, Symbiosis Pune (General Category). What are my chnaces of getting in?

The chances of getting admission at Symbiosis International University in Pune with a waiting list number of 5 for LLM depend on several factors, including:

    • Previous Year's Trends: If you look at the admission trends from previous years, you can gauge how many students typically drop out or decline their offers. This information can provide some insight into your chances.in LLM there is high chance you can get admission at this waitlist.
    • Program Popularity: Some programs are more competitive than others. If you are on the waiting list for a LLM program, the chances are high compared to more popular ones.
    • Total Number of Candidates: The total number of candidates on the waiting list and how many seats are available will also impact your chances. If there are many candidates ahead of you who are likely to take up their offers, it might reduce your chances.
    • Communication from the University: Keep an eye on any communication from the university regarding the waiting list movement. They may provide updates on how many students are likely to be admitted from the waiting list.
    • Timing: As the admission season progresses, the movement on the waiting list can vary. Some students may accept offers from other institutions, opening up spots for those on the waiting list.

If you want a more precise idea, consider reaching out to the admissions office for information on how the waiting list is being managed this year.
