Teerthanker Mahaveer Dental College and Research Centre (TMDCRC) Moradabad is a prestigious constituent college of Teerthanker Mahaveer University. The Institute caters to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in a wide range of dental subjects. 

Teerthanker Mahaveer Dental College and Research Centre admission processes are developed to ensure that only the most deserving candidates are selected by conducting rigorous national-level entrance examinations. The admission cycle usually runs concurrent to the academic session, starting in August-September. For the undergraduate admissions, TMDCRC accepts the NEET scores. The postgraduate admissions to the Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) programmes will be based on the NEET MDS scores.

TMDCRC MDS Application Process

• Appear for NEET MDS examination (scheduled for January 30, 2025)
• Apply through the official NEET MDS application process

TMDCRC Ph.D. Application Process

• Apply for the Teerthanker Mahaveer University Research Aptitude Test (TRAT)
• Appear for TRAT as per the university schedule
• If successful, prepare and present a research synopsis before the College Research Committee (CRC)
• Final selection is based on the candidate's performance in TRAT and synopsis presentation

Admission to the 5-year Bachelor of Dental Surgery programme is based on NEET scores. TMDCRC has 100 seats for this programme. Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

TMDCRC MDS Admission Process 

TMDCRC runs MDS programmes in various specialisations, all of which have an intake of 5 students each:

TMDCRC offers doctoral programmes in a variety of dental speciality fields. The admission procedure followed is:

1. Qualifying in the Teerthanker Mahaveer University Research Aptitude Test (TRAT).
2. Presentation of a research synopsis before the College Research Committee (CRC).

• Public Health Dentistry (12 seats)
• Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (9 seats)
• Periodontology (8 seats)
• Oral Medicine and Radiology (7 seats)
• Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology (7 seats)
• Paedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (6 seats).
