Institution has a well-developed system for providing IT Facilities to the users & Maintenance and upgradation are done from time to time. ICT TOOLS are used in everyday class teaching, office, and examination branches.

Hardware:
Hardware upgrades are being carried out regularly as per the requirements of individual departments. Systems have been replaced with new models with advanced configurations and specifications like 4GB/8GB RAM, Intel i3, i5, 1TB/ 500GB hard drives
Software:
Adobe Readers, C, C++, JAVA, Oracle, Adobe Photoshop Tally ERP 9, R-Programming, and Python are installed in computer laboratories for students. Antivirus is deployed through a centralized Server and updated annually. The operating system is updated in a phased manner. Our institution is using BSNL internet speed 100 MBPS & SK Internet BroadBand high-speed internet 200 MBPS. The institution has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and faculty members to avail internet facility for computing and communication resources, email, up/downloading of web-based applications for preparation of student study projects, Seminars, etc
At the beginning of every academic year, the Department of Computer Science organizes an assessment for replacement gradation/addition of the existing infrastructure is carried out based on the suggestions from the departments. The IT facilities have been upgraded in several phases during the last five years.
The main aim of any mess is to provide clean and fresh food to the students of their college. To look after mess, we have a mess committee for the smooth functioning of the college and to address all the mess-related issues, ensuring cleanliness, and food quality, and resolving any concerns raised by the members. We also have a mess manager in the college, and the entire mess management and billing calculations are done manually by the mess manager.
College clubs offer a diverse array of opportunities for students to engage and excel. From delving into the depths of literature in the literary club to tapping into the rhythms of music and dance, there's something for every passion. The Creative Club serves as a canvas for artistic expression, while drama and theatre ignite the stage with emotive performances. In STEM clubs, minds converge to innovate and explore the frontiers of science and technology, while the Commerce Club hones business acumen for future leaders. Together, these clubs enrich the collegiate experience, fostering personal growth and camaraderie among students. The college also provides the club facilities for all the students. like Commerce Club, Community Outreach Club, Creative Club, Drama and Theatre Club, Eco Club, Literary Club, Music and Dance Club, and Stem Club.
National Service Scheme, popularly known as NSS, is a permanent youth program under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, and funded by Osmania University. The introduction of the National Service Scheme in Colleges could be traced back to the advice given by Mahatma Gandhi to students towards forming a living contact with the community in whose midst their institution is located. Gandhi suggested that the students should do something positive so that the lives of the villagers might be raised to a higher material and moral level. In 1958, the then Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru mooted the idea of having social service as a prerequisite for graduation. On September 24, 1969, then Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi launched the NSS program in 37 universities among which Osmania University is one.
TELANGANA TRIBAL WELFARE RESIDENTIAL DEGREE COLLEGE, Medak has been actively encouraging students to participate in various sports & games as it believes that there should be holistic development of an individual. The Department of Physical Education conducts sports and games for the staff and students viz., Volleyball, Kabbadi, Athletics, Tennikoit, and also Indoor Games like Carroms, Badminton Chess, and other traditional games. Our students have excelled and Won Prizes in various Intra-College, Inter-College, and University Competitions. To encourage the students, facilities are also made available even beyond college hours and transport facility is provided for all who participate in various sports & games beyond college hours.
The college also provides the workshop facilities for all the students.
The college has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
The College prioritizes student wellness, boasting a wellness center staffed with two dedicated nurses. These nurses vigilantly oversee the health and hygiene of students around the clock, ensuring their well-being. Any health concerns are promptly addressed, with a direct line to the Panacea Command Centre, facilitating quick access to quality treatments at hospitals.
In addition to constant monitoring, the wellness center organizes weekly visits by doctors from local hospitals specializing in various fields such as gynecology, dentistry, ophthalmology, and pathology. These visits offer comprehensive healthcare services, including screenings and tests, catering to diverse medical needs. Students benefit from regular check-ups, promoting early detection and prevention of illnesses.
The wellness center's collaborative approach fosters a culture of proactive health management within the college community. By integrating medical expertise with preventive care initiatives, students are empowered to prioritize their well-being and academic success. Such initiatives underscore the institution's commitment to holistic student development, ensuring a conducive learning environment for all.
There is a registered Alumni Association at the Institute. The alumni assist the students by interacting with them and providing financial support, and counseling. The Institute's Alumni Association is registered on 16th January 2023 in the name of “TTWRDC MEDAK WOMEN STUDENTS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION” with registration No. 35 of 2023. A mutually beneficial relationship between the institute and its graduates is the goal of the Alumni Association. Alumni meetings were organized in the institute to network and collaborate with alumni. Our alumni Association works with the good ideology which is to help poor students reach their heights. Alumni also support institutions for running in a better way; they donated Wireless mouthpieces, LED lights,s and Decoration frames.
