Vivek Group of Colleges, Bijnor Library has a collection of more than twenty thousand books by Indian and foreign authors with approximately three thousand titles. There are nearly fifty-six National and thirty-five International journals. The library has an internet connection. The library is fully automated with a library management software system. 

Vivek Group of Colleges, Bijnor has advanced the E-learning centre that has been set up. It has a LAN network with 40 terminals. The centre has 24 hours of 6 Mbps (broadband) internet connectivity. Ample computing facilities are provided to each student and staff.
