Generally, the admission cycle at BJCC starts after announcing the results of 12th standard, during the months of May-June. The two full-time undergraduate programs offered here are the regular B.Com and the professional one in Accounting and Finance.
This means that two batches of students with a cumulative strength of 630 students shall be learning the commerce profession as per their career aspirations. For admission in BJCC, students must have passed their 10+2 from a reputed board. Even though the cut-off percentage might change every year with the different number of applicants, the college will take into account the student's academic merit for his/her 12th standard exams especially for commerce streams. Students must, therefore, ensure that they maintain a very good academic record throughout their higher secondary education for admission in this college.

The performance of the candidate in the 12th standard examination determines admission to B. Com. The college weighs the applicant's overall percentage, mainly focusing on their marks in commerce-related subjects.
B.Com Accounting and Finance: This would be a specialized programme with an elaborate study of accounting principles and financial management. Admission in B.Com Accounting and Finance is a bit the same, but merit-based, as usual.
