The institution offers two-year full-time courses for education leading to degrees of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Master of Education (M.Ed.). The two-year program is geared to prepare students with both knowledge and practical skills for a successful teaching career.
Application Process

6. Counseling and Seat Allotment: Candidates shortlisted will be invited for counseling and thereafter allotment of seats will be done based on merit and availability.
7. Fees Deposit: Selected candidates will have to pay their admission fees, as prescribed, to confirm their admission.

B.Ed.: The B.Ed. course at The Kavery College of Education has an intake approved at 100. Admission to this course is on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection policy is governed by the state government and UT administration, coupled with the notifications of the affiliated university. To be eligible, the candidate will require an undergraduate degree.
M.Ed.: The 50 seats of the M.Ed. program have the same selection mechanism followed by B.Ed. programs. Academic performance in a qualifying examination and/or entrance examination is the basis for selection. The college pays extra attention to the merit list prepared through this examination so that the right candidate is chosen for admission. Final eligibility requires holding a B.Ed. degree.
